El proyecto esta compuesto de tres niveles. En el piso superior se ubican los espacios comunes de estar, cocina, comedor, terraza y servicios. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/13-7.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-34223\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/13-7.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/13-7-300x195.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/13-7-600x390.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este nivel posee una cubierta, un plano inclinado que le da jerarqu\u00eda a los espacios con su altura que va desde los 4m hasta los 2,7m. En el piso inferior, se ubican las tres habitaciones y ba\u00f1os, para luego dejar en el \u00faltimo nivel un espacio de estar vers\u00e1til, con una segunda terraza, que conecta con el borde del lago. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/2-17.jpg\" alt=\"casa\" class=\"wp-image-34215\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/2-17.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/2-17-300x195.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/2-17-600x390.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El dise\u00f1o se compone de una estructura elemental de acero y hormig\u00f3n, que interviene poco en el terreno, para luego recibir una piel de madera y cristal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/8-9.jpg\" alt=\"casa\" class=\"wp-image-34219\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/8-9.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/8-9-300x195.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/8-9-600x390.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quisimos buscar soluciones simples, acabados sencillos, pero dispuestos de manera eficiente, para lograr un resultado \u00f3ptimo para los usuarios, con baja manutenci\u00f3n y alta durabilidad y por \u00faltimo conmover a sus habitantes con la calidad de los espacios y su relaci\u00f3n con el paisaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/5-12.jpg\" alt=\"casa\" class=\"wp-image-34218\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/5-12.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/5-12-300x195.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/5-12-600x390.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La propuesta arquitect\u00f3nica plantea dos conceptos principales. Vistas al lago y conservaci\u00f3n del entorno natural. Para lograr ambas cosas la casa se emplaza perpendicular a la pendiente del terreno. Esto genera niveles aterrazados peque\u00f1os y puntuales, para evitar grandes movimientos de tierra y en tres niveles compactos, para disminuir la ocupaci\u00f3n\u00a0 y erosi\u00f3n del terreno, logrando buena altura y vistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/12-7.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-34222\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/12-7.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/12-7-300x195.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/12-7-600x390.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La idea es integrar el volumen arquitect\u00f3nico al entorno natural rodeado de \u00e1rboles, como si naciera desde el terreno.
