Logrando as\u00ed moderar sus condiciones, emparentando la apariencia entre el hormig\u00f3n, la madera, la piedra, y el m\u00e1rmol.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se utilizaron todos materiales nobles y longevos, que contrastan su r\u00fastica y c\u00e1lida persistencia, con el cristal y el techo de acero. Son  materiales que otorgan un aspecto contempor\u00e1neo, una cara innovadora y mixta hacia el exterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/16-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-36089\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/16-3.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/16-3-300x195.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/16-3-600x390.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/16-3-225x146.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El espacio interior de la casa de vistas \u00fanicas se resuelve en dos plantas. Un nivel de acceso y uso principal, con el estacionamiento, y todas las \u00e1reas de servicios reunidas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estas se comunican con los espacios de estar, como living, comedor y terraza, que se conectan de manera fluida en un solo nivel, desde la habitaci\u00f3n principal a la piscina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/4-14.jpg\" alt=\"casa\" class=\"wp-image-36088\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/4-14.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/4-14-300x195.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/4-14-600x390.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/4-14-225x146.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El libre desplazamiento brinda una habitabilidad y confort a los due\u00f1os de la casa.&nbsp;Una pareja de la tercera edad, que encargaron como requisito primordial, proporcionar este tr\u00e1nsito continuo sin desniveles, debido a su edad.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/5-14.jpg\" alt=\"casa\" class=\"wp-image-36087\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/5-14.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/5-14-300x195.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/5-14-600x390.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/5-14-225x146.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rematando el extremo del circuito habitacional se encuentra&nbsp; la sala de estar.  Esta conquista una transparencia casi completa con el exterior, en una \u00edntima relaci\u00f3n con el cerro, su vegetaci\u00f3n, y las vistas a la playa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/7-12.jpg\" alt=\"vistas\" class=\"wp-image-36086\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/7-12.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/7-12-300x195.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/7-12-600x390.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/7-12-225x146.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La composici\u00f3n horizontal de la casa se divide entre dos realidades que contraponen sus caracter\u00edsticas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un cuerpo semienterrado de piedra que emerge desde la topograf\u00eda, configura el acceso como una cueva ancestral. Esta destaca la rudeza del material y se cubre de manera org\u00e1nica con un techo vegetal, que da continuidad al cerro sobre la zona de servicios. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00ed, se oculta parte de su envergadura, controlando su presencia como fachada superior en la vista desde los senderos del parque a sus espaldas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/14-8.jpg\" alt=\"vistas\" class=\"wp-image-36085\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/14-8.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/14-8-300x195.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/14-8-600x390.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/14-8-225x146.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>DISE\u00d1O FUNCIONAL <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Separado por una secuencia de patios de luz y techos acristalados, se encuentra el volumen habitacional, c\u00e1lido pabell\u00f3n de madera&nbsp; tipo galp\u00f3n y una cubierta en condici\u00f3n de c\u00e1scara, como un bote de madera invertido, que se inclina seg\u00fan el uso y la grandeza del espacio, acompa\u00f1ando al terreno en pendiente en su misma gradualidad de corte.
