El proyecto implica que proporcione una experiencia rural de tranquilidad y conexi\u00f3n directa con la naturaleza de Los Cabos. En conclusi\u00f3n, un espacio que combina la sensibilidad cultural y el respeto por el medio natural protegido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/G-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"casas\" class=\"wp-image-36451\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proyecto se materializa en 13 unidades compactas individuales. Cada una est\u00e1 formada por una estructura ligera de acero que se eleva a 4\/5m del nivel del piso en elegantes columnas met\u00e1licas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/FI-2.jpg\" alt=\"casas\" class=\"wp-image-36448\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, este sistema permite la seguridad y privacidad del utilizador. Crea un efecto sorpresa al atravesar los jardines al restaurante, rodeados de plantas y palmeras que ocultan estos vol\u00famenes suspendidos. Cada unidad es formada por una caja compacta, en un complejo juego de estructura base, paneles de malla mosquitero y tejido de \u201cpalo de arco\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/F.jpg\" alt=\"Casas del \u00c1rbol\" class=\"wp-image-36452\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada uno de los espacios es dotado de un ba\u00f1o privado, un closet y un deck con regadera al aire libre. All\u00ed, el visitante puede disfrutar de las vistas privilegiadas al Estero (a Oeste) y al Mar de Cortez (a Sur) sobre el denso follaje de Palmeras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/I.jpg\" alt=\"Casas del \u00c1rbol\" class=\"wp-image-36453\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LA COMPOSICI\u00d3N DE CASAS DEL \u00c1RBOL<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otros materiales de las casas, como el policarbonato y el cemento pulido se utilizan para formar espacios de diferentes naturalezas. Entre ellos, el ba\u00f1o, el closet y la ducha, creando un contraste est\u00e9tico\/temporal con el palo de arco, un material tradicional com\u00fan de la regi\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/N.jpg\" alt=\"Casas del \u00c1rbol\" class=\"wp-image-36454\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los materiales utilizados evocan la tradici\u00f3n constructiva local y dignifican su utilizaci\u00f3n en la actualidad. Esto logra una composici\u00f3n armoniosa entre t\u00e9cnicas tradicionales y modernas manteniendo el mismo concepto de todo el proyecto. Al localizarse en un nivel m\u00e1s elevado, se logra el confort clim\u00e1tico de los espacios. La ventilaci\u00f3n cruzada pasa entre el Palmar y las unidades que, dada su elevaci\u00f3n y apertura, posibilitan mantener las grandes puertas abiertas al paisaje. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/J.jpg\" alt=\"Casas del \u00c1rbol\" class=\"wp-image-36455\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La estructura de metal de las casas permite una intervenci\u00f3n menos agresiva en el medio natural (Zapatas m\u00ednimas).
