{"id":39672,"date":"2020-03-22T20:43:39","date_gmt":"2020-03-22T23:43:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/?p=39672"},"modified":"2024-11-08T14:56:05","modified_gmt":"2024-11-08T17:56:05","slug":"un-edificio-de-oficinas-sorprendente-en-rosario","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/un-edificio-de-oficinas-sorprendente-en-rosario\/","title":{"rendered":"<b>Dise\u00f1o de vanguardia.<\/b> Un edificio de oficinas sorprendente en Rosario"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Por| \u00a0<strong>Estudio Pablo Gagliardo<\/strong> | Fotograf\u00eda | Ramiro Sosa<\/strong><br>Este edificio de oficinas se proyect\u00f3 en un predio de 7 hect\u00e1reas, ubicado en el l\u00edmite de la ciudad de Rosario y el municipio de P\u00e9rez.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El mismo, responde a los lineamientos de un m\u00e1ster plan como ordenador general de las diferentes disciplinas que hacen a la complejidad de una planta asf\u00e1ltica, taller de maquinarias viales, una empresa constructora, una agr\u00edcola ganadera y una futura planta de silos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"599\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas_Obring_02.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-39696\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas_Obring_02.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas_Obring_02-300x227.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proyecto parte de dos premisas: relacionarse con la identidad semi rural del lugar, y proporcionar un espacio flexible de trabajo que optimice las condiciones laborales y relaciones humanas. Esta flexibilidad es la que permite realizarle cambios a futuro, program\u00e1ticos o ampliaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"599\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas_Obring_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-39697\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas_Obring_03.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas_Obring_03-300x227.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>DISE\u00d1O Y FUNCIONALIDAD<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se propuso un bloque \u00fanico rectangular materializado por una estructura totalmente expuesta de hormig\u00f3n visto. Esta como imagen de solidez de la empresa constructora, y enfatizado por la transparencia del vidrio, como \u00fanico elemento de cerramiento exterior.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"599\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas_Obring_04.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-39698\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas_Obring_04.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas_Obring_04-300x227.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ausencia de vigas en la estructura, permite que los enormes pa\u00f1os vidriados lleguen al techo. Generando una fuerte conexi\u00f3n interior-exterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"599\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas_Obring_05.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-39699\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas_Obring_05.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas_Obring_05-300x227.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La nave est\u00e1 conformada por un espacio \u00fanico, una planta libre en doble altura. La sectorizaci\u00f3n de las \u00e1reas de trabajo se da sin la necesidad de hacer cerramientos que cumplan esta funci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"599\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas_Obring_08.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-39702\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas_Obring_08.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas_Obring_08-300x227.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se decidi\u00f3 abrir el edificio a las orientaciones favorables, cerr\u00e1ndose al Sur por dos niveles. Estos alojan, en planta baja los servicios y salas privadas, y en la planta alta oficinas de direcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"599\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas_Obring_09.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-39703\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas_Obring_09.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas_Obring_09-300x227.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para este edificio de oficinas se propuso una circulaci\u00f3n en sentido longitudinal de punta a punta.
