Acent\u00faa sus cualidades y crea tres patios caracter\u00edsticos: zona inclinada soleada orientada hacia el sur, huerto protegido al este y huerto con patio al oeste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"490\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_Villa_Korup_11.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-41129\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_Villa_Korup_11.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_Villa_Korup_11-300x185.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Internamente, el plan proporciona espacios comunes centrales para que la gran familia se re\u00fana, as\u00ed como espacios m\u00e1s privados y apartados en los extremos de las alas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"581\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_Villa_Korup_10.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-41128\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_Villa_Korup_10.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_Villa_Korup_10-300x220.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La casa est\u00e1 construida completamente de madera laminada cruzada (CLT) y revestida con paneles de acero que reaccionan y que cambian con el tiempo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"595\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_Villa_Korup_05.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-41136\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_Villa_Korup_05.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_Villa_Korup_05-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>DISE\u00d1O Y VANGUARDIA<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El sistema de revestimiento de acero fue desarrollado especialmente para esta casa y da como resultado una fachada&nbsp;muy minimalista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"592\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_Villa_Korup_06.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-41124\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_Villa_Korup_06.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_Villa_Korup_06-300x224.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fue una de las primeras viviendas privadas que se construy\u00f3 en Dinamarca a partir de madera laminada cruzada.  En este caso, ha sido expuesta en toda la casa y tratada de manera tradicional danesa. Se fabricaron rob\u00f3ticamente con abeto b\u00e1ltico sostenible.
