{"id":43402,"date":"2023-07-26T13:03:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-26T16:03:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/?p=43402"},"modified":"2024-10-27T17:58:20","modified_gmt":"2024-10-27T20:58:20","slug":"casa-cd-una-vivienda-con-el-entorno-como-protagonista","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/casa-cd-una-vivienda-con-el-entorno-como-protagonista\/","title":{"rendered":"<b>Casa CD.<\/b> Una vivienda sorprendente, con el entorno como protagonista"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Por | ATV Arquitectos <\/strong><br>La Casa CD se encuentra implantada en un lote del barrio Nordelta, provincia de Buenos Aires, con particulares condiciones topogr\u00e1ficas dadas tanto por su geometr\u00eda como por su relaci\u00f3n con el lugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> La obra intenta abordar la problem\u00e1tica proyectual que representa el pensar la vivienda en el \u00e1mbito de un barrio privado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Cudich-Drago.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bordeado por agua en dos de sus lados, hacia donde se abren las visuales y lindando con una construcci\u00f3n existente, el edificio busca generar di\u00e1logos permanentes con el entorno. Algunas de las preguntas que fundamentaron el proceso proyectual, tienen que ver con la relaci\u00f3n interior-exterior. \u00bfC\u00f3mo se deber\u00eda habitar este paisaje? \u00bfQu\u00e9 implicar\u00eda redefinir lo dom\u00e9stico?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_cudich_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-41364\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_cudich_01.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_cudich_01-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>DISE\u00d1O Y FUNCIONALIDAD<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Casa CD plantea como eje de dicha problem\u00e1tica la definici\u00f3n de un paisaje interior; un patio que no s\u00f3lo articula los distintos usos de la vivienda y sus l\u00f3gicas de habitabilidad, sino que se presenta como un espacio articulador entre dos paisajes exteriores: el paisaje interior y el exterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A partir este vac\u00edo, el espacio se redefine como una serie de transiciones verticales y horizontales, entre lo p\u00fablico y lo privado, buscando que los limites sean disueltos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"529\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_cudich_09.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-41372\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_cudich_09.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_cudich_09-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"529\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_cudich_14.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-41377\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_cudich_14.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_cudich_14-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la planta baja la pileta flotando sobre la barranca, articula la laguna con el estar, y el semicubierto del quincho. El estar aparece como un lugar intermedio entre dos exteriores distintos; un \u201cexterior propio\u201d y el que le pertenece al paisaje. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la planta alta, los dormitorios quedan contenidos en dos vol\u00famenes definidos tambi\u00e9n por el vac\u00edo del patio, los cuales dan distintas respuestas al entorno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"529\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_cudich_13.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-41376\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_cudich_13.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_cudich_13-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"529\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_cudich_06.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-41369\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_cudich_06.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_cudich_06-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Centrando la problem\u00e1tica en el tema mat\u00e9rico-estructural, el proyecto indaga sobre el par material hormig\u00f3n-madera, proponiendo al primero como el material que define la estructura tect\u00f3nico-espacial del proyecto. Los tabiques soportan las losas que a su vez cuelgan de las vigas superiores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"529\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_cudich_05.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-41368\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_cudich_05.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_cudich_05-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_cudich_04.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-41367\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_cudich_04.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa_cudich_04-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La estructura, con sus diferencias de texturas y dimensiones, define los l\u00edmites de los espacios y se hace presente potenciando la planta liberada del sector p\u00fablico. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n posibilita fenom\u00e9nicamente que dicho espacio sea totalmente et\u00e9reo en cuanto a sus l\u00edmites, dado que las carpinter\u00edas pueden abrirse en su totalidad conformando un espacio continuo semicubierto.
