100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Debido a su ubicaci\u00f3n en el centro de Da Nang, y en consecuencia, el alt\u00edsimo valor por metro cuadrado, el principal desaf\u00edo de este proyecto fue construir el m\u00e1ximo en un \u00e1rea m\u00ednima, creando un espacio din\u00e1mico e interesante, capaz de brindar la sensaci\u00f3n de tranquilidad t\u00edpica encontrada por los arquitectos de Ho Khue incluy\u00f3 la ampliaci\u00f3n de la estructura existente y la apertura completa de dos de las cuatro fachadas del edificio, creando, por un lado, una fachada protegida frente a la calle, y por otro, un \u00e1rea abierta integrada con naturaleza en la parte trasera del edificio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img innovadora, el equipo de dise\u00f1o propuso la creaci\u00f3n de una fachada que combine una serie de elementos naturales y construidos con el fin de crear una simbiosis entre arquitectura y paisaje, adem\u00e1s de brindar un mejor desempe\u00f1o ambiental para la estructura en su conjunto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" formal tambi\u00e9n brind\u00f3 mayor privacidad dentro del edificio, intensificando la sensaci\u00f3n de calma y bienestar.
