Est\u00e1 basada en el antiguo \u00abThe Guild\u00bb, ubicado en Taman Villa Meruya, en el extremo occidental de la ciudad de Yakarta, en Indonesia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"627\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Guha_02.jpg\" alt=\"guha\" class=\"wp-image-44431\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Guha_02.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Guha_02-300x237.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proyecto, desarrollado por el Realrich Architecture Workshop (m\u00e1s conocido como RAW Architecture), comprende parte del edificio de la Biblioteca Omah, una Cl\u00ednica Dental y el hogar y estudio de Realrich Sjarief, llamado Guha Bambu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"529\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Guha_03.jpg\" alt=\"guha\" class=\"wp-image-44432\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Guha_03.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Guha_03-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La parte de renovaci\u00f3n consiste en agregar una serie de nuevos programas al edificio existente, como una mayor capacidad de almacenamiento de libros para la Biblioteca Omah, as\u00ed como una cafeter\u00eda y una peque\u00f1a tienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"473\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Guha_04.jpg\" alt=\"guha\" class=\"wp-image-44433\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Guha_04.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Guha_04-300x179.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> La circulaci\u00f3n se dise\u00f1\u00f3 para separar los flujos p\u00fablicos y privados, lo que se resolvi\u00f3 creando dos accesos independientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"518\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Guha_05.jpg\" alt=\"guha\" class=\"wp-image-44435\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Guha_05.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Guha_05-300x196.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La nueva parte agregada al conjunto existente se llamaba Guha Bambu. Un edificio insertado en una peque\u00f1a parcela de 7,5 x 26 m al este del edificio original.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta construcci\u00f3n se compone de un nuevo edificio de tres pisos en estructura de bamb\u00fa, construido a trav\u00e9s de un innovador sistema desarrollado en colaboraci\u00f3n con la Escuela Alfa Omega. Una soluci\u00f3n que separa la estructura de celos\u00eda de acero del techo y la propia estructura de bamb\u00fa, que soporta los tres pisos del edificio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"638\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Guha_06.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-44434\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Guha_06.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Guha_06-300x241.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>EL PROYECTO GENERAL DE GUHA<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proyecto Guha se desarroll\u00f3 utilizando nueve materiales diferentes, que RAW Architecture ha desarrollado con el tiempo: acero, madera, vidrio, metal, yeso, bamb\u00fa, pl\u00e1stico, piedra y hormig\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1057\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Guha_07.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-44438\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Guha_07.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Guha_07-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El dise\u00f1o en su conjunto es muy flexible y abierto. La mayor\u00eda de los espacios tienen al menos dos accesos opuestos. De esta manera, permite un mayor flujo de circulaci\u00f3n y la apropiaci\u00f3n de los espacios del edificio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"465\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Guha_08.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-44436\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Guha_08.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Guha_08-300x176.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La fachada est\u00e1 compuesta b\u00e1sicamente por una estructura de hormig\u00f3n, acero y bamb\u00fa. La organizaci\u00f3n program\u00e1tica del edificio busca desafiar las definiciones tipol\u00f3gicas m\u00e1s tradicionales de la arquitectura vern\u00e1cula de indonesia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta, combina programas de vivienda, trabajo y educaci\u00f3n, como una biblioteca e incluso una cafeter\u00eda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1057\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Guha_09.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-44439\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Guha_09.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Guha_09-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La construcci\u00f3n del edificio se llev\u00f3 a cabo con la participaci\u00f3n de la comunidad Java local.
