El edificio original de 60m2 ha sido completamente restaurado y convertido en dos apartamentos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/59301-main_1532-1_59301_sc_v2com.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-48289\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/59301-main_1532-1_59301_sc_v2com.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/59301-main_1532-1_59301_sc_v2com-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ambos apartamentos tienen un plano abierto con grandes ventanales laterales de 3,65 m de altura tallados en la pared de ladrillo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El altillo se ha cubierto completamente con nuevos azulejos de pizarra. El s\u00f3tano incluye un garaje doble con puertas ocultas y almacenamiento.
