Nuestra intenci\u00f3n es conservarlos y hacerlos parte de la arquitectura complementando los espacios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La casa, es un \u00fanico volumen rectangular que se quiebra y desfaza, esquivando copas de \u00e1rboles y acomod\u00e1ndose en los espacios vac\u00edos del terreno.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Casa 2-3 est\u00e1 apoyada en la parte alta del lote lo que genera un espacio para la cochera por debajo de ella.&nbsp;<br>El \u00e1rea social de la casa se encuentra al fondo del lote y en relaci\u00f3n a la naturaleza. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tanto la cocina como el living comedor, tienen patios propios, expansiones con caracter\u00edsticas naturales y situaciones particulares.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El tipo de proyecto inmobiliario, determin\u00f3 que los metros cuadrados a construir fueran acotados, el desaf\u00edo fue generar espacios con excelentes caracter\u00edsticas y prestaciones que brinden una buena calidad de vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Es ah\u00ed donde se centr\u00f3 la b\u00fasqueda, en aprovechar la vegetaci\u00f3n existente en el lote para darle vida y calidad a la arquitectura.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\"
