Esta sencilla estrategia se aplica a diferentes salas debido a su programa espec\u00edfico. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/WIL6940.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-51519\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/WIL6940.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/WIL6940-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>LA FACHADA DE NOTAR\u00cdA KVI<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La composici\u00f3n de vac\u00edo-s\u00f3lido en la fachada muestra c\u00f3mo se desarrolla la estrategia de sustracciones en la masa del edificio. La hendidura en la fachada no solo contribuye a la composici\u00f3n, sino que tambi\u00e9n da suficiente profundidad para dar sombra y cubrirse de la lluvia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/WIL6971.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-51520\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/WIL6971.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/WIL6971-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oficinas y sala de reuniones son los principales programas de este edificio. El primer piso est\u00e1 dedicado a la recepci\u00f3n de clientes y las salas de reuniones, mientras que el segundo y tercer piso son principalmente para el \u00e1rea de trabajo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las escaleras de un solo tramo son la principal circulaci\u00f3n vertical del edificio; tambi\u00e9n se agregan ascensor y rampas para el acceso de discapacitados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/WIL6979.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-51521\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/WIL6979.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/WIL6979-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se&nbsp;desarroll\u00f3 una&nbsp;terraza al aire libre en el tercer piso con vista al vecindario circundante, cuya implementaci\u00f3n en el entorno de trabajo funciona como un \u00e1rea de descanso para el personal, contribuyendo al bienestar y la productividad del personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/WIL6992.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-51522\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/WIL6992.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/WIL6992-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El hormig\u00f3n, la madera y el acero son los principales materiales utilizados en el proyecto. La fachada de hormig\u00f3n estriada se selecciona para complementar la fuerte presencia de los cubos, para glorificar la abstracci\u00f3n de la forma. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La claridad de la textura de la fachada se puede ver cuando la sombra se proyecta en las ranuras.
