Se contempla desde cualquiera de los espacios, y se rodea completamente de las zonas m\u00e1s privadas y sociales de la propuesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Keita-13.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Keita\" class=\"wp-image-52710\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Keita-13.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Keita-13-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La vegetaci\u00f3n existente y el clima en la ciudad de Colima permitieron la apertura continua de los vol\u00famenes propuestos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Keita-11.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-52708\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Keita-11.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Keita-11-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el dise\u00f1o, todos los espacios son permeados siempre de alg\u00fan modo por la vegetaci\u00f3n, el aire y la luz natural. Estos son componentes que a la vez conquistan hasta borrar la barrera entre naturaleza y cuerpos arquitect\u00f3nicos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1190\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Keita-12.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Keita\" class=\"wp-image-52709\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Keita-12.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Keita-12-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para generar una atm\u00f3sfera m\u00e1s \u00edntima y acogedora, se propuso una sola planta con la intenci\u00f3n de vivir una vinculaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s directa en todos los espacios. Premisa que tambi\u00e9n dio lugar al gesto en el que absolutamente todo el programa pueda convivir directa y tangiblemente con el entorno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Keita-10.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-52712\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Keita-10.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Keita-10-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En un primer encuentro, al recorrer la edificaci\u00f3n, la cocina, el comedor y la sala, reciben a quien circula con una generosa altura que abraza por la calidez de las vigas y plaf\u00f3n de madera. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Keita-5.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Keita\" class=\"wp-image-52713\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Keita-5.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Keita-5-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La apertura de estas \u00e1reas con ventanas libres de piso a techo conceden una perspectiva libre al fondo de la casa donde se conserva un \u00e1rbol que junto con la estructura que le rinde homenaje, dan sombra a la terraza. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1190\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Keita-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-52714\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Keita-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Keita-2-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por \u00faltimo, en un segundo eje se distribuyen \u00edntimamente las rec\u00e1maras que gozan siempre de agradables paisajes y constante contacto con la flora del sitio, sin dejar a un lado la privacidad solicitada.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Keita-3.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Keita\" class=\"wp-image-52715\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Keita-3.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Keita-3-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El PAPEL FUNDAMENTAL DE LA VOLUMETR\u00cdA EN LA CASA KEITA<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La volumetr\u00eda juega un papel interesante en el planteamiento de la casa. Son claros los ejes principales del proyecto y evidente el movimiento de cuerpos que favorecen la generaci\u00f3n de nuevas \u00e1reas, casi como una intencionada acci\u00f3n en el terreno de interacci\u00f3n entre negativo y positivo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Keita-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-52716\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se aventur\u00f3 con una selecci\u00f3n de elementos en una gama de colores contrastante, que logr\u00f3 la armon\u00eda perfecta con los \u00e1rboles y las tonalidades verdes del contexto. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Keita-6.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Keita\" class=\"wp-image-52717\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La textura y el color del tabique rojo coordinado con el concreto, la madera y la presencia de la estructura de acero, proponen una est\u00e9tica que reafirma la calidez que se busc\u00f3 en el dise\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Keita-15.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Keita\" class=\"wp-image-52719\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mezcla de estructura de acero y concreto fue la soluci\u00f3n que admiti\u00f3 la ejecuci\u00f3n de la construcci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proceso de cimentaci\u00f3n fue uno muy meticuloso, ya que se configur\u00f3 como parte de la est\u00e9tica de la casa al proponer muros con concreto pigmentado negro que protegieran los vol\u00famenes de ladrillo los cuales se conformaron de manera artesanal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1190\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Keita-7.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Keita\" class=\"wp-image-52718\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Keita-7.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Keita-7-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las vigas y columnas de acero se convirtieron en fundamentos r\u00edtmicos y compositivos al formar parte de un conjunto de l\u00edneas y planos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1190\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n, recuerdan en ocasiones a grietas o aberturas verticales en los grandes cuerpos
