Lo existente se desbroza para luego a\u00f1adir y comprar s\u00f3lo lo m\u00ednimo, evitando acabados innecesarios.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/UP-House-3.jpg\" alt=\"UP House\" class=\"wp-image-53338\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/UP-House-3.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/UP-House-3-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mayor parte del presupuesto se invierte en el dise\u00f1o del implante: una fina estructura de acero, calculada para sostener la habitaci\u00f3n superior sin que sus apoyos interrumpan el espacio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1116\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/UP-House.jpg\" alt=\"UP House\" class=\"wp-image-53339\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/UP-House.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/UP-House-213x300.jpg 213w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sus marcos de apoyo se acomodan en torno al n\u00facleo h\u00famedo creando un cubo de aristas met\u00e1licas y soldaduras vistas. A un lado del cubo queda el \u00e1rea com\u00fan con cocina-comedor abierta al patio de luz. Y al otro, un \u00e1rea m\u00e1s privada.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1264\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/UP-House-7.jpg\" alt=\"UP House\" class=\"wp-image-53340\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/UP-House-7.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/UP-House-7-188x300.jpg 188w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los materiales reflejan esta dualidad entre funciones, buscando elevar su categor\u00eda por la forma en que se disponen y combinan.
