La estructura de la vivienda es de muros de carga y se distribuye en torno a dos patios, con tabiques que dejan pasillo a un lado y peque\u00f1as habitaciones en el otro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"747\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Borrell-12.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Borrell\" class=\"wp-image-54129\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Borrell-12.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Borrell-12-300x283.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se accede por un extremo y su fachada principal da al patio interior de manzana, donde el comedor se ha apropiado de la antigua galer\u00eda, con orientaci\u00f3n noreste. La superficie total es de 60,48 metros cuadrados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Borrell-14.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Borrell\" class=\"wp-image-54130\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Borrell-14.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Borrell-14-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proyecto tiene como objetivo desdibujar el pasillo, procurando conseguir un plano reconocible pero a la vez permeable. Se buscan tambi\u00e9n m\u00faltiples visuales cruzadas que ensanchen la sensaci\u00f3n de profundidad del piso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Borrell-15.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-54131\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Borrell-15.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Borrell-15-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se plantea un apeo en el muro de carga que vincula el estar con la nueva cocina, y se derriban el resto de tabiques. Una nueva franja funcional y de servicio, de color verde, relacionar\u00e1 el piso de extremo a extremo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Borrell-13.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Borrell\" class=\"wp-image-54132\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Borrell-13.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Borrell-13-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comenzar\u00e1 siendo un mueble recibidor con contadores y armarios, contendr\u00e1 las dos puertas de acceso a la habitaci\u00f3n principal y el ba\u00f1o, y quedar\u00e1 totalmente abierta hacia la cocina. Defini\u00e9ndose s\u00f3lo por el \u00e1mbito de la nevera, un estante superior y el volumen bajo de la barra, favoreciendo el uso del pasillo como espacio de cocina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Borrell-10.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Borrell\" class=\"wp-image-54133\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Borrell-10.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Borrell-10-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Superado el muro de carga, la franja verde divide crom\u00e1ticamente el \u00e1mbito entre el estar y el comedor. Adem\u00e1s, contiene elementos de instalaciones y asume irregularidades preexistentes en la estructura principal del piso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Borrell-8.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-54128\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Borrell-8.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Borrell-8-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>CASA BORRELL ENMARCA SUS DIFERENTES USOS MEDIANTE LA UTILIZACI\u00d3N DEL COLOR<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La galer\u00eda queda libre como espacio integrado, e incorpora el peque\u00f1o balc\u00f3n corrido con una gran balconera corredera de seis hojas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Borrell-11.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Borrell\" class=\"wp-image-54134\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Borrell-11.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Borrell-11-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otra estrategia favorece las intenciones iniciales: en lugar de cerrar el lavabo con dos tabiques a toda la altura, se dejan dos aberturas vidriadas. La primera, lo relaciona con la habitaci\u00f3n.
