Es por eso que decidi\u00f3 comprar la propiedad, que inclu\u00eda varios monumentos en ruinas, sin permiso de construcci\u00f3n pero con una visi\u00f3n: crear un lugar de reuni\u00f3n para la familia, una casa que se integrara con la naturaleza que la rodea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Junto-al-Lago-2.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Junto al Lago\" class=\"wp-image-54169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Junto-al-Lago-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Junto-al-Lago-2-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los \u00e1rboles centenarios, el agua y las terrazas del emperador, monumento hist\u00f3rico y cuyo nombre se debe a que el emperador disfrutaba de su caf\u00e9 en este lugar, determinaron el concepto arquitect\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Junto-al-Lago-6.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-54170\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Junto-al-Lago-6.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Junto-al-Lago-6-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la actualidad, esta casa pasiva&nbsp;<em>\u201cpassivhaus\u201d<\/em>, de alta eficiencia energ\u00e9tica, se levanta sobre 40 pilares de acero inclinados. Cuyas diez zapatas aisladas sortean respetuosamente las terrazas del emperador, ubic\u00e1ndose en puntos espec\u00edficos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Junto-al-Lago-5.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Junto al Lago\" class=\"wp-image-54171\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Junto-al-Lago-5.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Junto-al-Lago-5-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una estructura de acero sostiene las losas, paredes y techos de madera. El uso de materiales de construcci\u00f3n sostenibles y el sistema de energ\u00eda solar t\u00e9rmica, ubicado en la cubierta, contribuyen con el equilibrio ecol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Junto-al-Lago-10.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Junto al Lago\" class=\"wp-image-54173\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Junto-al-Lago-10.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Junto-al-Lago-10-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A una altura de tres metros y con una fachada de listones verticales de madera de alerce, la estructura se convierte en una moderna \u201ccasa del \u00e1rbol\u201d.&nbsp;La misma consigue integrarse de forma natural en las copas de los robles y casta\u00f1os centenarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1154\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Junto-al-Lago-7.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-54174\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Junto-al-Lago-7.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Junto-al-Lago-7-206x300.jpg 206w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incluso, el gran arce que se interpon\u00eda en el camino de la casa permaneci\u00f3 en su sitio, y ahora crece atravesando el sal\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"904\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Junto-al-Lago-8.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Junto al Lago\" class=\"wp-image-54175\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Junto-al-Lago-8.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Junto-al-Lago-8-263x300.jpg 263w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>CASA JUNTO AL LAGO CONSERVA LA VISTA AL PAISAJE EN SU INTERIOR <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Casa Junto al Lago y la naturaleza dialogan con tanta naturalidad que no da idea del reto que supuso su construcci\u00f3n. Ni la gr\u00faa ni el cami\u00f3n gr\u00faa pod\u00edan trabajar entre los frondosos \u00e1rboles, por lo que toda la casa se levant\u00f3 \u00fanicamente con la ayuda de una carretilla telesc\u00f3pica elevadora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Junto-al-Lago-12.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Junto al Lago\" class=\"wp-image-54178\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Junto-al-Lago-12.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Junto-al-Lago-12-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La terraza se extiende por toda la anchura de la casa. Son ocho metros por encima del nivel del agua, lo que crea la sensaci\u00f3n de estar flotando directamente sobre el lago. Las enormes ventanas correderas de madera permiten que la naturaleza forme parte de las zonas de estar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Junto-al-Lago-11.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-54181\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Junto-al-Lago-11.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Junto-al-Lago-11-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una larga mesa de madera de olivo es la protagonista del amplio sal\u00f3n-comedor, el coraz\u00f3n de la casa, junto con la chimenea y una gran isla de cocina.
