Originalmente, el sitio estaba dividido en dos \u00e1reas por un arroyo y se hab\u00eda convertido en un p\u00e1ramo abandonado y descuidado que almacenaba y recog\u00eda la escorrent\u00eda de la autopista. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-54437\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-1.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-1-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El sitio estaba cubierto de maleza y era una monstruosidad en un vecindario por lo dem\u00e1s atractivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-54438\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-2-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nuestro objetivo era rejuvenecer el sitio mediante la creaci\u00f3n de un dise\u00f1o centrado en la naturaleza que entrelaza el entorno y el aula, al tiempo que logra los requisitos program\u00e1ticos del cliente e integra pr\u00e1cticas sostenibles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-54439\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-3.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-3-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se ha demostrado que los dise\u00f1os que brindan una sensaci\u00f3n de tranquilidad al mismo tiempo que invitan a la curiosidad a trav\u00e9s de una experiencia sensorial brindan una plataforma poderosa para el crecimiento y el aprendizaje. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estos elementos estuvieron a la vanguardia del enfoque de dise\u00f1o y se exploraron a trav\u00e9s de materiales, forma, escala y dise\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-54440\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-4.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-4-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al llegar, los ni\u00f1os caminan a lo largo de un puente de madera elevado sobre las plantas nativas y el humedal rejuvenecido e inmediatamente experimentan una sensaci\u00f3n de aventura y exploraci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, mirar a su alrededor despierta la imaginaci\u00f3n y fomenta la sensaci\u00f3n de dejar lo cotidiano y entrar en un mundo \u00fanico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-5.jpg\" alt=\"New Shoots\" class=\"wp-image-54441\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-5.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-5-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>LAS CUBIERTAS DEL LUGAR<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las&nbsp;cubiertas est\u00e1n dispuestas para formar un patio triangular. Esta \u00e1rea de juego est\u00e1 parcialmente protegida por una generosa terraza transl\u00facida, que proporciona luz difusa sobre los enlaces externos entre las c\u00e1psulas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las formas del techo se elevan hacia el este, permitiendo que la luz de la ma\u00f1ana energice los espacios de actividad de los ni\u00f1os. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-6.jpg\" alt=\"New Shoots\" class=\"wp-image-54442\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-6.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-6-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las ventanas de alto nivel operadas el\u00e9ctricamente brindan ventilaci\u00f3n pasiva para un flujo de aire natural durante todo el d\u00eda. Asimismo, el agua de lluvia se almacena en tanques de detenci\u00f3n y se reutiliza para la descarga de inodoros y el riego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-7.jpg\" alt=\"New Shoots\" class=\"wp-image-54443\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-7.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-7-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las superestructuras son un conjunto de paneles de madera contralaminados y marcos de acero; ambos sistemas fueron prefabricados y se montaron r\u00e1pidamente en el sitio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por otro lado, los servicios est\u00e1n organizados discretamente dentro de cada edificio, prestando atenci\u00f3n y consideraci\u00f3n para respetar la naturaleza de la construcci\u00f3n de madera maciza. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada una de las tres c\u00e1psulas controladas pasivamente tiene su propia paleta de colores que refleja los elementos primarios del mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-8.jpg\" alt=\"New Shoots\" class=\"wp-image-54444\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-8.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-8-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>DISPOSICI\u00d3N DE LOS EDIFICIOS DE LA ESCUELA NEW SHOOTS ECEC<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A:<\/strong>&nbsp;Ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os (2-3 a\u00f1os) y personal &#8211; Naturaleza: Verde (Puente verde y repollo espa\u00f1ol).<br><strong>B:<\/strong>&nbsp;Infantes (0-2 a\u00f1os) &#8211; Tierra: Terracota clara (Barroco y Santa Fe).<br><strong>C:<\/strong>&nbsp;Preescolar (3-5 a\u00f1os) &#8211; Agua: Azul (Half Dusted Blue y Navada).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-9.jpg\" alt=\"New Shoots\" class=\"wp-image-54445\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-9.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-9-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El interior de cada edificio tiene un tel\u00f3n de fondo de madera. Esto agrega otro v\u00ednculo de textura que se conecta con el entorno circundante. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n, grandes secciones de acristalamiento mejoran la elevaci\u00f3n del sitio, trayendo el exterior hacia adentro y creando una sensaci\u00f3n de estar entre los \u00e1rboles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-10.jpg\" alt=\"New Shoots\" class=\"wp-image-54446\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-10.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-10-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Existe un lenguaje visual armonizado entre arquitectura, interiores y mobiliario. Esto crea un flujo de continuidad del dise\u00f1o y orientaci\u00f3n dentro del centro. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por tanto, los propios New Shoots dise\u00f1aron gabinetes a medida para adaptarse a los espacios interiores y las paletas respectivas, reforzando este flujo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-11.jpg\" alt=\"New Shoots\" class=\"wp-image-54447\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-11.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-Shoots-11-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trabajamos en estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n con los dise\u00f1adores de iluminaci\u00f3n para concebir un enfoque de iluminaci\u00f3n.
