En un terreno de 400 metros cuadrados se dise\u00f1\u00f3 una casa de 320 metros cuadrados de tres plantas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"528\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-WR-11.jpg\" alt=\"Casa WR\" class=\"wp-image-57348\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-WR-11.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-WR-11-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La casa est\u00e1 construida en un estilo industrializado que combina placas met\u00e1licas de color negro. La l\u00ednea&nbsp;comienza de la puerta de entrada y acompa\u00f1a&nbsp;la doble altura&nbsp;hasta la salida al jard\u00edn, donde la vista se encuentra con la piscina y el muro medianero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"528\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-WR-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-57353\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-WR-3.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-WR-3-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El eje vertical que contiene las escaleras y el puente en la&nbsp;segunda&nbsp;planta se caracteriza por el hormig\u00f3n visto en la parte inferior&nbsp;y desciende hasta la pared del sal\u00f3n con la televisi\u00f3n y la chimenea integradas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"528\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-WR-7.jpg\" alt=\"Casa WR\" class=\"wp-image-57351\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-WR-7.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-WR-7-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>CASA WR BRINDA UN PROTAGONISMO ESPECIAL AL HORMIG\u00d3N<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las funciones&nbsp;p\u00fablicas se sit\u00faan en la planta baja, en donde la biblioteca crea un centro para el espacio colectivo y todas las funciones se dirigen hacia ella. La cocina y el sal\u00f3n, el comedor y el lavadero se esconden detr\u00e1s de la escalera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1192\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-WR-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-57354\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-WR-5.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-WR-5-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toda la planta de entrada est\u00e1 rodeada de ventanas de suelo a techo, creando una total transparencia y uniformidad. Combinando materiales naturales, suelos y muros de hormig\u00f3n&nbsp;y escaleras met\u00e1licas, se crean capas y capas de diferentes materiales y reflejos entre las zonas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1192\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-WR-6.jpg\" alt=\"Casa WR\" class=\"wp-image-57355\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-WR-6.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-WR-6-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las habitaciones de los padres y ni\u00f1os se dise\u00f1aron en la&nbsp;segunda planta. La transici\u00f3n entre las habitaciones se acompa\u00f1a de un puente con biblioteca y barandilla de vidrio, que da transparencia y vistas al espacio inferior, a la vegetaci\u00f3n y al cielo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1192\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-WR-8.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-57356\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-WR-8.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-WR-8-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El s\u00f3tano tiene un espacio central para la familia y dos suites para los hijos mayores.
