El terreno es atravesado por una hilera de grandes Eucaliptus, que forma parte de un camino perteneciente a una antigua estancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"529\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/El-Poema-del-Arbol.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-62003\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/El-Poema-del-Arbol.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/El-Poema-del-Arbol-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si bien el lugar pertenece a una urbanizaci\u00f3n cerrada, se enfrent\u00f3 a disyuntivas como el modo de resolver el contacto con el paisaje natural sin la p\u00e9rdida de privacidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1188\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/El-Poema-del-Arbol-11.jpg\" alt=\"El Poema del \u00c1rbol\" class=\"wp-image-62004\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/El-Poema-del-Arbol-11.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/El-Poema-del-Arbol-11-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A su vez, la preexistencia de un grupo de \u00e1rboles aut\u00f3ctonos en el terreno fue el punto de partida y oportunidad para plantear la propuesta. Dada estas condiciones, el planteo radica en la tensi\u00f3n entre lo abierto y lo cerrado, lo expuesto y lo privado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1188\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/El-Poema-del-Arbol-10.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-62005\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/El-Poema-del-Arbol-10.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/El-Poema-del-Arbol-10-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hacia la calle se propone un muro que le otorga privacidad a la vivienda, al mismo tiempo de envolver, junto a la casa, el patio frontal. Es decir, en lugar de implantarse en su propio jard\u00edn, encierra un jard\u00edn interior que incluye \u00e1rboles.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"529\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/El-Poema-del-Arbol-2.jpg\" alt=\"El Poema del \u00c1rbol\" class=\"wp-image-62006\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/El-Poema-del-Arbol-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/El-Poema-del-Arbol-2-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El patio toma la misma dimensi\u00f3n del living-comedor, pero en un \u00e1mbito exterior, y que con un trabajo de muros y de extensi\u00f3n del sistema estructural, se integra la experiencia del habitar el exterior como una interioridad; difuminando los l\u00edmites que en la modernidad se determinaban hasta d\u00f3nde llega el muro y la carpinter\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1188\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/El-Poema-del-Arbol-9.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-62007\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/El-Poema-del-Arbol-9.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/El-Poema-del-Arbol-9-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El mismo, hace presente el espacio exterior de manera casi abstracta. No conecta con el paisaje existente, sino lo enmarca y genera su propio paisaje.
