Durante el proceso de dise\u00f1o existieron pedidos muy espec\u00edficos del cliente que el programa debi\u00f3 incorporar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"529\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-en-Los-Quebrachos-San-Luis-3.jpg\" alt=\"Casa en Los Quebrachos San Luis\" class=\"wp-image-62447\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-en-Los-Quebrachos-San-Luis-3.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-en-Los-Quebrachos-San-Luis-3-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El m\u00e1s importante por su alcance y su naturaleza fue el de contar con un gran espacio cerrado para actividades de recreaci\u00f3n y algunas pr\u00e1cticas deportivas, debido a la limitaci\u00f3n que impone el viento Chorrillero para algunas actividades en los espacios abiertos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"529\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-en-Los-Quebrachos-San-Luis-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-62448\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-en-Los-Quebrachos-San-Luis-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-en-Los-Quebrachos-San-Luis-2-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Las caracter\u00edsticas del lote y su entorno fueron consideradas como codeterminantes de la definici\u00f3n formal, funcional y material del proyecto. Y la planta superior a nivel de la cota m\u00e1s alta del fondo del terreno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022Divisi\u00f3n del programa en 2 sectores: espacio de habitar propiamente dicho y volumen de ocio y recreaci\u00f3n. Ambos con funcionalidad, acceso y tr\u00e1nsito independiente, y a su vez con visuales de comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
