La de recintos de estares junto al acceso, y la de de los dormitorios y ba\u00f1os. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"595\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Muelle-8.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Muelle\" class=\"wp-image-64306\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Muelle-8.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Muelle-8-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre ellos y a modo de espacio intermedio comunicante con el exterior, un pasillo transparente relaciona la terraza que mira al mar con la ladera norte del terreno. Mientras que hacia el nor-oriente los cerramientos se proyectan cautelando la privacidad de los recintos como tambi\u00e9n el correcto manejo de entrada de luz natural. Lo que se potencia por medio de una lucarna, que a modo de rendija de luz horizontal, recorre todo el largo de la casa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"595\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Muelle-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-64309\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Muelle-3.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Muelle-3-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La estructura de madera se propone como parte importante de la expresi\u00f3n de la propiedad, que se levanta por medio de un plinto estructural constituido por cinco ejes a modo de grandes vigas maestras de secci\u00f3n de 6&#215;6 pulgadas.
