Los dos pisos est\u00e1n conectados por dos escaleras escult\u00f3ricas. Realzada a trav\u00e9s de un juego de relieves que se convierten en huellas de la funci\u00f3n, una celebraci\u00f3n del edificio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De pie frente a nosotros, m\u00e1s cerca de la entrada accesible a trav\u00e9s de la segunda escalera, se ha dise\u00f1ado un gran espacio de galer\u00eda m\u00ednimamente para acomodar diferentes tipos de momentos y eventos, dejando espacio para la imaginaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sobre el suelo de madera de hueso de liebre se asoman vigas industriales blancas, dos elementos simples en equilibrio arm\u00f3nico entre s\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tres agujeros en el techo, que anteriormente albergaban tantas chimeneas, ahora se reemplazan con ojos de buey de vidrio, convirtiendo las aberturas en tragaluces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ketelhuis-Apartment-9.jpg\" alt=\"Ketelhuis Apartment\" class=\"wp-image-66601\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ketelhuis-Apartment-9.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ketelhuis-Apartment-9-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un gran vano a trav\u00e9s de la pared invita a descubrir un espacio mucho m\u00e1s \u00edntimo y acogedor. El propio sal\u00f3n, que se caracteriza por una serie de objetos de madera y muebles vintage que aportan al espacio una profunda sensaci\u00f3n de calidez. Aqu\u00ed, un c\u00f3modo sof\u00e1 est\u00e1 frente a una estufa de le\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ketelhuis-Apartment-8.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-66602\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ketelhuis-Apartment-8.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ketelhuis-Apartment-8-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pasando por el pasillo, unas puertas corredizas conectan con la habitaci\u00f3n de invitados.  Vestidor, ba\u00f1o y aseos, se camuflan con las paredes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al final, el techo casi se duplica en altura y se descubre el dormitorio principal. La amplitud del sal\u00f3n y la luz natural favorecen la presencia de diferentes especies vegetales, que crean un ambiente encantado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1064\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ketelhuis-Apartment-5.jpg\" alt=\"Ketelhuis Apartment\" class=\"wp-image-66603\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ketelhuis-Apartment-5.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ketelhuis-Apartment-5-224x300.jpg 224w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La altura del techo permite que un entrepiso pase por alto la habitaci\u00f3n y la vista. Los escalones que conducen a esta \u00abhabitaci\u00f3n en la habitaci\u00f3n\u00bb ocultan un armario de madera que sirve al espacio, refinado por una barandilla de metal blanco simple pero detallada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ketelhuis-Apartment-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-66604\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ketelhuis-Apartment-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ketelhuis-Apartment-2-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un espacio similar a un balc\u00f3n alberga una ba\u00f1era independiente con una ventana en el techo que permite observar las estrellas mientras se ba\u00f1a. Rodeado de numerosas plantas que conectan visualmente los dos niveles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El dise\u00f1o loco de esta habitaci\u00f3n se deriva de una combinaci\u00f3n de opciones que reflejan las personalidades extravagantes de los propietarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"634\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ketelhuis-Apartment-3.jpg\" alt=\"Ketelhuis Apartment\" class=\"wp-image-66605\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ketelhuis-Apartment-3.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ketelhuis-Apartment-3-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En las paredes norte del dormitorio, el ba\u00f1o y la sala de estar, las ventanas originales que quedaron sin funci\u00f3n debido a la anexi\u00f3n de un nuevo edificio, ahora se utilizan como cajas de luz que difunden una luz c\u00e1lida en las habitaciones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los azulejos del piso en espiga blanca de los inodoros y el ba\u00f1o complementan la madera de roble y el m\u00e1rmol blanco de los gabinetes. Mientras que los altos espejos sobre los lavabos realzan la altura del techo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"529\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ketelhuis-Apartment-6.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-66606\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ketelhuis-Apartment-6.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ketelhuis-Apartment-6-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los artefactos de iluminaci\u00f3n de bronce, dise\u00f1ados y fabricados por el taller del cliente, se pueden encontrar en todo el espacio como peque\u00f1as sorpresas agradables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un sistema de persianas blancas minimalistas permite modificar la apertura original del edificio industrial. Convirti\u00e9ndolo en un espacio habitable y permitiendo a los habitantes regular la cantidad de luz deseada a lo largo del d\u00eda en todas las \u00e1reas de la vivienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Departamento Ketelhuist es un lugar donde cada ambiente ha sido dise\u00f1ada para complementar el edificio original.
