En su estado original, era m\u00e1s bien una \u00abcelda\u00bb grande y r\u00edgida con un potencial oculto y una hermosa vista del monumento Art Nouveau llamado \u00abLa Iglesia Azul\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Junto-a-la-Iglesia-Azul.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-67631\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Junto-a-la-Iglesia-Azul.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Junto-a-la-Iglesia-Azul-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No se buscaba un dise\u00f1o o una artesan\u00eda cuidadosa y meticulosa para este apartamento. No era importante porque no te dar\u00eda esa experiencia de bienestar. Lo m\u00e1s importante eran las vistas, las aberturas, las atm\u00f3sferas, la ubicaci\u00f3n, el juego de luces y sombras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Junto-a-la-Iglesia-Azul-8.jpg\" alt=\"Junto a la Iglesia Azul\" class=\"wp-image-67632\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Junto-a-la-Iglesia-Azul-8.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Junto-a-la-Iglesia-Azul-8-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por ello, los materiales son en gran medida transparentes y funcionales. Se dej\u00f3 que el espacio abierto destaque con sus techos altos. La distribuci\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar original ofrec\u00eda un cuarto de ba\u00f1o separado, un techo de pladur rebajado con todo el cableado y la tecnolog\u00eda lo m\u00e1s ocultos posible. Y una cocina apoyada en la pared que daba la espalda a la vista de la Iglesia Azul. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Junto-a-la-Iglesia-Azul-9.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-67635\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Junto-a-la-Iglesia-Azul-9.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Junto-a-la-Iglesia-Azul-9-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al eliminar el techo, reorganizar la infraestructura tecnol\u00f3gica e insertar un altillo. Este estudio se convirti\u00f3 en un apartamento con todas sus reglas, con una zona de noche separada y una c\u00f3moda escalera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Junto-a-la-Iglesia-Azul-7.jpg\" alt=\"Junto a la Iglesia Azul\" class=\"wp-image-67634\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Junto-a-la-Iglesia-Azul-7.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Junto-a-la-Iglesia-Azul-7-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El&nbsp;entresuelo ampli\u00f3 la superficie en unos 15 metros cuadrados adicionales. Al utilizar una pared de bloques de vidrio transl\u00facido entre el ba\u00f1o y la nueva cocina, se llev\u00f3 la luz del d\u00eda a ambas \u00e1reas. De modo que el espacio parece \u00f3pticamente m\u00e1s grande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Junto-a-la-Iglesia-Azul-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-67636\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Junto-a-la-Iglesia-Azul-4.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Junto-a-la-Iglesia-Azul-4-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El apartamento est\u00e1 equipado s\u00f3lo con los objetos m\u00e1s esenciales. Hay un sof\u00e1 cama de 1,2 metros de profundidad en lugar de un sof\u00e1 tradicional.
