Para los propietarios, una familia aficionada al golf, era importante que Casa MM tenga una conexi\u00f3n visual y conceptual con el Club de Golf Los Andes, el cual colinda con el lindero posterior del terreno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-MM-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-68566\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-MM-3.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-MM-3-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El planteamiento del proyecto comienza por emplazar la vivienda sobre el terreno. De forma tal que no se interrumpa el flujo entre los jardines, evitando as\u00ed que se genere un&nbsp; \u2018delante\u2019 y un \u2018detr\u00e1s\u2019. De esta manera, se propone un planteamiento con dos vol\u00famenes de piedra a ambos lados del terreno, conectados entre s\u00ed por un puente de madera que vuela sobre los jardines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esto permite generar una conexi\u00f3n entre los jardines a trav\u00e9s de la propiedad, Los mismos que se extienden m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los l\u00edmites del terreno, para crear continuidad de los jardines al campo de golf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"826\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-MM-4.jpg\" alt=\"Casa MM\" class=\"wp-image-68567\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-MM-4.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-MM-4-288x300.jpg 288w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-MM-8.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-68568\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-MM-8.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-MM-8-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con esto se logra una integraci\u00f3n entre los jardines de la casa, adem\u00e1s de una integraci\u00f3n de estos con el campo de golf. Conceptualmente, Casa MM queda emplazada \u2018dentro del campo de golf\u2019. El volumen oeste contiene las habitaciones principales con sus ba\u00f1os, mientras que el volumen este contiene la cocina, el spa y la cava de vinos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"959\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-MM-2.jpg\" alt=\"Casa MM\" class=\"wp-image-68571\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-MM-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-MM-2-248x300.jpg 248w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El puente contiene las \u00e1reas sociales en la parte superior. Y genera un \u00e1rea de estar familiar debajo de este, la cual puede abrirse e integrarse a los jardines a manera de terraza techada.
