Quebec es conocida en todo el mundo por sus paisajes pintorescos y belleza natural. Sin embargo, ya a lo largo del horizonte una nueva tecnolog\u00eda interrumpe, pues los norteamericanos est\u00e1n construyendo sus hogares. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

El balc\u00f3n anima a los ocupantes a salir y disfrutar de la vista natural. Aqu\u00ed la sensaci\u00f3n de paz proviene de una combinaci\u00f3n de la planta abierta y los techos por encima del espacio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las ventanas de aluminio negro de piso a techo permiten que la luz inunde completamente los espacios sociales de la planta principal y resalte el mobiliario elegantemente. La planta principal cuenta con muebles blancos, acentuados con tonos naturales de madera y arena que complementan el bosque natural en el exterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lo m\u00e1s notable es que la cocina se destaca por s\u00ed sola, con su mostrador de cuarzo Caesarstone y gabinetes de tono natural de nogal negro. El suelo de hormig\u00f3n pulido que soporta este piso es radiante y emite el calor necesario para la comodidad en los fr\u00edos meses de invierno canadiense. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

El dormitorio principal tiene sin duda una de las mejores vistas de la casa y un balc\u00f3n que permite a los ocupantes a sumergirse completamente en ella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al descender en el s\u00f3tano, los hu\u00e9spedes pueden encontrarse asentados en el espacio suplementario del sal\u00f3n o en uno de los dos cuartos adicionales disponibles en el hogar. La salida al exterior es un complemento excelente al balc\u00f3n de la planta principal. Ahora los hu\u00e9spedes pueden aventurarse afuera, sin restricciones y tan lejos como se desee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Casa 12-249 no habr\u00eda sido completa sin el cl\u00e1sico acabado del exterior del revestimiento de madera de Maibec, esbozado con metal negro que le da a esta casa su toque moderno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
