Uno de estos bien expuesto, donde se desarrolla la parte social y publica de la vivienda con grandes ventanales vidriados de apertura completa, que facilita&nbsp;la integraci\u00f3n de toda la parte social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estar, cocina, quincho, parrilla, terraza y piscina que pasan a ser un solo ambiente gracias a la flexibilidad que le brindan este tipo de aberturas. Una de las premisas a la hora de proyectar la vivienda fue preservar los arboles existentes en el terreno, por lo tanto el 80 % de la casa se desarrolla en planta alta. Este cuenta con ba\u00f1o privado al igual que todos los dormitorios de la vivienda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-AVJG-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-68816\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-AVJG-4.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-AVJG-4-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n, la cochera que aprovecha la sombra que genera el bajo losa de la terraza, un peque\u00f1o deposito y sala de maquinas bajo piscina.
