Se utilizaron piedras (granito gris andorinha levigado, m\u00e1rmol travertino y piedra canjiquinha), madera (en los decks y p\u00e9rgolas) adem\u00e1s de ladrillo, acero y&nbsp;hormig\u00f3n a la vista.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estos materiales constructivos, tratados como acabado, realzan los rasgos de la arquitectura. Para permitir una circulaci\u00f3n de aire constante en la sala y filtrar la luz del sol poniente que entra en la circulaci\u00f3n \u00edntima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00ed, se alcanz\u00f3&nbsp;un resultado est\u00e9tico maravilloso, que&nbsp;resalta&nbsp;la vivienda. La visi\u00f3n de una arquitectura simple y bien resuelta, en la proporci\u00f3n entre los planos y vol\u00famenes, en el uso equilibrado de los materiales, en la integraci\u00f3n correcta de los sectores, en el cuidado con los detalles.
