Y desarrollada bajo la l\u00f3gica de certificaci\u00f3n en<strong> vivienda sustentable LEED v4<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-70486\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-4.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-4-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los cambios generados durante la pandemia<strong>, potenciaron<\/strong> el trabajo a distancia y abrieron un nuevo escenario propiciando el avance de <strong>migraciones y un crecimiento de la demanda habitativa en entornos de alto valor paisaj\u00edstico y natural.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por lo tanto el proceso, propone profundizar en l\u00f3gicas proyectuales, constructivas, sustentables y bioclim\u00e1ticas que incorporen nuevas relaciones campo-ciudad. Invirtiendo los procesos hist\u00f3ricos de producci\u00f3n de materiales, de lo extractivo in situ a lo ensamblado en seco de bajo impacto, ya que el impacto de nuestra actividad sobre el deterioro ambiental actual es clave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-9.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-70480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-9.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-9-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las obras de construcci\u00f3n, representan alrededor del 70% de las emisiones de carbono mundiales y m\u00e1s del 60% del uso de recursos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-7.jpg\" alt=\"Siquiman Lodge\" class=\"wp-image-70482\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-7.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-7-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La vivienda se encuentra ubicada en el territorio<strong> serrano cordob\u00e9s<\/strong>, sobre los m\u00e1rgenes del <strong>lago san roque<\/strong>. En un contexto caracterizado por ser de <strong>suma fragilidad ambiental<\/strong>, con per\u00edodos <strong>de larga sequ\u00eda<\/strong>, incendios de gran escala, p\u00e9rdida del bosque nativo, falta de infraestructura y huellas antr\u00f3picas territoriales que han da\u00f1ado el paisaje natural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-10.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-70483\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-10.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-10-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El lote elegido cercano a un \u00e1rea natural protegida, consta de una superficie de 1610.69m2 y desniveles de hasta 8 mts, hacia la costa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-8.jpg\" alt=\"Siquiman Lodge\" class=\"wp-image-70487\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-8.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-8-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>BASAMENTO &#8211; LA CUEVA<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En primer lugar, se busc\u00f3 la implantaci\u00f3n de la vivienda mediante una estructura simple de hormig\u00f3n armado que entra en contacto lo menos posible con el suelo nativo y la vegetaci\u00f3n existente. Permitiendo el <strong>escurrimiento de aguas de manera natural<\/strong> por debajo y obteniendo un nivel 0 de acceso a la vivienda a nivel calle, obteniendo as\u00ed las mejores <strong>visuales al lago,<\/strong> la tect\u00f3nica del hormig\u00f3n dialoga con la de <strong>manto rocoso<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este espacio producido entre el plano natural y el de la casa permite contemplar el<strong> paisaje de manera protegida<\/strong>&nbsp;funciona como \u00e1rea t\u00e9cnica,&nbsp;de aparcamiento y <strong>espacio de meditaci\u00f3n bajo la piscina<\/strong> que queda sobreelevada. As\u00ed como se transform\u00f3 en un reservorio de<strong> aire fresco permanente<\/strong>, se camufla en el follaje y desaparece.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-14.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-70488\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-14.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-14-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>PLANO DE ACCESO &#8211; EL MUELLE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El muelle permite la experiencia de introducirse dentro del paisaje para formar parte de \u00e9l. El muelle de madera permite acceder a la vivienda a nivel calle y, atravesando la vivienda, en direcci\u00f3n al lago se transforma en terraza y solarium. Rematando en la piscina con borde infinito que juega en continuidad con el espejo del lago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-6.jpg\" alt=\"Siquiman Lodge\" class=\"wp-image-70489\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-6.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-6-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00c1REA SOBREELEVADA &#8211; LA CAJA<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El basamento permite sobreelevar la propiedad, atravesada por el muelle. \u00abLa caja\u201d es liviana y et\u00e9rea con su estructura de perfiles de acero y envolventes de madera interior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La vivienda posee dos niveles. El primero se vincula de forma lineal y flexible con el exterior, los espacios de uso social (cocina, comedor, estar, terraza, sol\u00e1rium y pileta). En la planta superior, se encuentra el ba\u00f1o principal, dormitorio, guardados, sala de masajes y sauna-microcine sumado a un espacio de<strong> home office<\/strong> que balconea a la doble altura del espacio social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-11.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-70490\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-11.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-11-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La imagen sobria y m\u00ednima hacia la calle y fachada sur-oeste, contrasta con la apertura de la fachada noreste. El ingreso es estrecho, para luego pasar a un espacio luminoso de doble altura que trabaja con los juegos de reflejos, y percepciones cambiantes. Acompa\u00f1ado de un filtro vertical de madera que disminuye el impacto solar directo, la incidencia del viento y la lluvia en las superficies vidriadas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-12.jpg\" alt=\"Siquiman Lodge\" class=\"wp-image-70491\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-12.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-12-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La incorporaci\u00f3n <strong>del tiempo en el espacio arquitect\u00f3nico<\/strong>, a trav\u00e9s de una sucesi\u00f3n de <strong>elementos verticales<\/strong> que aceleran la visual hacia el paisaje. Esta relaci\u00f3n va cambiando durante el transcurso de las horas y de los d\u00edas. La armon\u00eda del color del material que representa una abstracci\u00f3n del color de la naturaleza circundante.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-13.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-70492\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-13.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-13-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>TECT\u00d3NICA<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A la estructura de acero al vista, se le adosa una envolvente en v\u00eda seca. La misma se llev\u00f3 adelante mediante un sistema armado in situ de Wood framing, con revestimiento en placas de fibrocemento exterior SIDING, pintadas y selladas con productos al agua&nbsp;rigidizadas con placas OSB, aislantes hidr\u00f3fugos y t\u00e9rmicos, completando el machimbre de pino interior de 3&#8243; mantenido con aceite de LINO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-70496\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-2-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cubierta es una cubierta \u00fanica de chapa ventilada,&nbsp;con cielorraso con doble aislante hidr\u00f3fugo y l\u00edneas de agua que permiten evacuar evaporaciones. No tiene ning\u00fan tipo de ocupaci\u00f3n o perforaci\u00f3n lo que permite nulo mantenimiento y una f\u00e1cil acumulaci\u00f3n de agua de lluvia que se acumula en la sala t\u00e9cnica del basamento. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El aislante t\u00e9rmico utilizado en este caso fue lana de oveja lavada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-5.jpg\" alt=\"Siquiman Lodge\" class=\"wp-image-70497\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-5.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Siquiman-Lodge-5-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los pisos son de machimbre de pino plantado para construcci\u00f3n. La simpleza fue ganando las decisiones t\u00e9cnicas buscando una imagen \u00fanica y sobria que se empieza a mimetizar con el bosque perimetral. De bajo mantenimiento con materiales reciclados locales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De alguna manera, ir en contra de algunos valores del tiempo, tomar ciertas tradiciones, <strong>resigna en expresi\u00f3n exterior pero gana en calidad interior.
