Una estructura eficiente y compacta ha sido dise\u00f1ado con un excelente aislamiento. La energ\u00eda disponible se utiliza de forma eficaz, almacenando la energ\u00eda geot\u00e9rmica y usando una bomba de calor y colectores solares en el techo, cubierto adem\u00e1s con musgo&nbsp;<em>Sedum<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Villa-V-11.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-71182\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Villa-V-11.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Villa-V-11-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00f3lo materiales naturales se han utilizado en el edificio.
