Desde su geometr\u00eda org\u00e1nica y volumetr\u00eda inusual, el edificio busca mimetizarse entre la vegetaci\u00f3n existente de sus alrededores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Edificio-El-Gulungo-8.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-71602\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Edificio-El-Gulungo-8.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Edificio-El-Gulungo-8-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La inspiraci\u00f3n, un nido de gulungo. Cada una de estas gozando del \u00e1rea de reserva de 180\u00b0 con los que cuenta el proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Edificio-El-Gulungo-1.jpg\" alt=\"Edificio El Gulungo\" class=\"wp-image-71607\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Edificio-El-Gulungo-1.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Edificio-El-Gulungo-1-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las fachadas, compuestas en su gran mayor\u00eda por un ladrillo oscuro artesanal, resaltan entre el verde que rodea la torre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ventaner\u00eda piso &#8211; techo crea una l\u00ednea difusa entre el interior y el exterior. Integrando el verde presente en el terreno y en las jardineras que se desarrollan en cada nivel con el interior de los apartamentos.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Edificio-El-Gulungo-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-71605\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Edificio-El-Gulungo-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Edificio-El-Gulungo-2-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las jardineras en cada nivel, acompa\u00f1adas de la ventaner\u00eda piso-techo, crean la sensaci\u00f3n de estar en un primer nivel.
