En todo nuevo edificio los Jardines verticales y las cubiertas vegetales son casi un requisito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Edificio-Matorral-8.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-71673\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Edificio-Matorral-8.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Edificio-Matorral-8-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Edificio Matorral, con su sugestivo nombre, es una propuesta arquitect\u00f3nica y constructiva que se ha tomado muy en serio el tema. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las losas se convierten en un gran contenedor de m\u00e1s de un centenar de especies tropicales. El riego por goteo programado provee de manera racional y justa la cantidad de agua m\u00ednima y necesaria a ese peque\u00f1o ecosistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estando este verdadero jard\u00edn contenido en el espesor de la estructura el habitante puede desde dentro arrimar sus pies hasta el borde y gozar del matorral que parece crecer en el piso. Las cocinas, por ejemplo, tienen al borde de su suelo desde pencas s\u00e1bila hasta romero, tomillo, albahaca, tomates cherry y \u00e1rboles de lim\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No es raro ver una ardilla perdida en el tercer piso que pas\u00f3 desde la rama de uno de los \u00e1rboles que crecen a borde de la quebrada o en el ante jard\u00edn y cuyas ramas literalmente entran por las ventanas del edificio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Edificio-Matorral-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-71677\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Edificio-Matorral-3.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Edificio-Matorral-3-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde fuera este matorral ha devorado literalmente la fachada para convertirse \u00e9l mismo en ella.
