Maximizar el flujo natural de aire y luz era necesario para el clima c\u00e1lido y seco de Gujarat, ubicado en la parte occidental de la India. La transici\u00f3n de espacios abiertos y construidos destaca el uso de colores y el juego de luces y sombras en toda la propiedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>PLANIFICACI\u00d3N DEL SITIO<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La masa de Casa de los Siete Cortes se coloc\u00f3 en el noreste para capturar la fresca brisa del suroeste. En el Este, se plant\u00f3 una densa vegetaci\u00f3n para actuar como barrera visual y ac\u00fastica de la carretera. La parte restante del sitio se convierte en un c\u00e9sped ajardinado con un camino curvo y varios elementos ajardinados y plantas y \u00e1rboles locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-los-Siete-Cortes-7.jpg\" alt=\"Casa de los Siete Cortes\" class=\"wp-image-71837\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-los-Siete-Cortes-7.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-los-Siete-Cortes-7-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>DISE\u00d1O ADAPTABLE AL CLIMA<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Respondiendo al clima c\u00e1lido y seco de esta regi\u00f3n, los espacios est\u00e1n orientados a lo largo del eje Norte-Sur con paredes s\u00f3lidas paralelas a lo largo del Este y el Oeste para reducir la ganancia de calor solar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta orientaci\u00f3n clim\u00e1tica llev\u00f3 al surgimiento de siete patios al interior de la vivienda, tres en las \u00e1reas p\u00fablicas como sala y comedor, y cuatro patios privados adjuntos a los dormitorios y ba\u00f1os. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-los-Siete-Cortes-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-71838\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-los-Siete-Cortes-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-los-Siete-Cortes-2-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se proporciona una terraza profunda orientada al suroeste para evitar cualquier ganancia solar directa durante el verano. Desde el camino de acceso, uno camina a lo largo de una pared lineal con recortes circulares que crean patrones interesantes. A la entrada de la casa, uno es recibido en el patio con un estanque de nen\u00fafares. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-los-Siete-Cortes-10.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-71840\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-los-Siete-Cortes-10.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-los-Siete-Cortes-10-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hay otro patio en el cruce de estos espacios p\u00fablicos y privados. Las entradas de los dormitorios est\u00e1n flanqueadas por un patio lineal junto con patios privados para cada dormitorio. En la esquina NE se encuentran los cuartos de servicio conectados directamente a la cocina de servicio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La columna central es un espacio de circulaci\u00f3n esencial de la vivienda. Comienza linealmente en el patio de llegada y se tuerce en la entrada principal de la propiedad. Luego, se mueve a lo largo de los espacios funcionales, gira y conduce a los dormitorios. En las habitaciones se continu\u00f3 con las vigas de las galer\u00edas, y encima se construy\u00f3 un muro no estructural que soporta los ventiladores. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-los-Siete-Cortes-3.jpg\" alt=\"Casa de los Siete Cortes\" class=\"wp-image-71843\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-los-Siete-Cortes-3.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-los-Siete-Cortes-3-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las ventanas permiten que entre la brisa del verano. mientras que estos ventiladores ayudan a expulsar el aire caliente, manteniendo el espacio mucho m\u00e1s fresco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>DISE\u00d1O DEL PAISAJE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para el paisaje, se hizo un \u00e9nfasis muy fuerte en la selecci\u00f3n de especies locales de plantas aut\u00f3ctonas como champa, garmalo, hibisco, entre otros. En la entrada, hab\u00eda un estanque de lirios junto con plantas decorativas como helechos, palmeras del viajero, entre otros, que fueron colocados con mucho cuidado en todo el sitio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-los-Siete-Cortes-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-71844\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-los-Siete-Cortes-4.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-los-Siete-Cortes-4-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cocina tiene un jard\u00edn en la parte trasera donde hab\u00eda especies de frutas y plantas locales como tulsi y menta, que eran consumidas por los propietarios.
