Una vez que el complejo est\u00e9 terminado y completamente construido, incluir\u00e1 departamentos y caba\u00f1as para alquiler de hu\u00e9spedes y turistas, varias unidades comerciales junto a la playa. Tiene un departamento de alquiler m\u00e1s grande en la planta baja y cinco unidades m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as en el nivel superior. Y se construy\u00f3 en una colina frente a la playa que se eleva en medio de los \u00e1rboles del bosque circundante. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Balcon-de-los-Pajaros-11.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-71976\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Balcon-de-los-Pajaros-11.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Balcon-de-los-Pajaros-11-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esto se hizo con el fin de preservar al m\u00e1ximo el entorno natural existente alrededor de la propiedad. Y al mismo tiempo, resaltar las vistas hacia el mar y la naturaleza desde las unidades de alquiler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Balcon-de-los-Pajaros-4.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Balc\u00f3n de los P\u00e1jaros\" class=\"wp-image-71980\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Balcon-de-los-Pajaros-4.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Balcon-de-los-Pajaros-4-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La superficie de estos pisos var\u00eda en tama\u00f1o desde los 20 a los 40 metros cuadrados para atender las diferentes demandas de los clientes. Y est\u00e1n conectados a la calle a pie de playa a trav\u00e9s de un camino exterior que sirve como eje principal que articula los diferentes edificios de el complejo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Balcon-de-los-Pajaros-6.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-71981\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Balcon-de-los-Pajaros-6.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Balcon-de-los-Pajaros-6-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>En lugar de una identidad de \u00abresort\u00bb para el proyecto, se decidi\u00f3 ir con una identidad que se asemeje a un pueblo de casas tradicionales brasile\u00f1as y la correspondiente sensaci\u00f3n de familiaridad, bienvenida y hospitalidad.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Balcon-de-los-Pajaros-3.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Balc\u00f3n de los P\u00e1jaros\" class=\"wp-image-71982\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Balcon-de-los-Pajaros-3.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Balcon-de-los-Pajaros-3-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se han elegido colores y materiales que crean un contraste entre el blanco y el cemento, creando un ambiente neutro para resaltar los colores del horizonte y la naturaleza circundante.
