Aspectos que antes se consideraban importantes ahora pasan a un segundo plano, porque se ha comprendido que la vida contenida en su interior es la condici\u00f3n m\u00e1s valiosa. Sus elementos, columnas, losas nervadas, diafragmas y pasamanos viga, se equilibran por contrapesos (volados), poniendo en evidencia la gravedad como recurso universal de la arquitectura. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-D4-7.jpg\" alt=\"Casa D4\" class=\"wp-image-72468\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-D4-7.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-D4-7-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al mismo tiempo, la transmisi\u00f3n de cargas al suelo sobre cuatro apoyos, permite liberar el espacio. Incorporando dos n\u00facleos sanitarios flexibles que permiten variaciones y adaptaciones a futuro.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-D4-4.jpg\" alt=\"Casa D4\" class=\"wp-image-72471\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-D4-4.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-D4-4-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La escalera lateral externa es un elemento clave teniendo en cuenta que puede replicarse en los pisos superiores para independizar y distribuir nuevos usos en cada planta. Por su sentido de permanencia, estas relaciones -conexiones- tienen que ser oportunas y contribuir en la vida interior del edificio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-D4-10.jpg\" alt=\"Casa D4\" class=\"wp-image-72473\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-D4-10.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-D4-10-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Casa D4 se emplaza sobre una colina a 2300 msnm en los Andes bajos ecuatorianos como un espacio umbral, caja abierta, interceptando el paisaje lejano de la cordillera y la ciudad de Loja sobre el valle a 2100msnm.
