Tambi\u00e9n un fitness center, oficinas de las asociaciones de personal y consultorios m\u00e9dicos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este edificio constituye la \u00faltima etapa importante del proyecto de renovaci\u00f3n de la sede de Vevey a cargo de el estudio Richter Dahl Rocha &amp; Associ\u00e9s comenzada en 1997. Estos trabajos incluyeron la renovaci\u00f3n completa del edificio proyectado por Jean Tscumi y construido en 1960 y parte del edificio proyectado por Burckhardt und Partners y construido en 1975. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"793\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nestle-WellNes-Centre-6.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-74862\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nestle-WellNes-Centre-6.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nestle-WellNes-Centre-6-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n, incluyeron el nuevo espacio que comunica ambos edificios y la renovaci\u00f3n del sector norte de los espacios exteriores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La construcci\u00f3n del nuevo edificio permiti\u00f3 la consolidaci\u00f3n del sitio \u201cen berg\u00e8re\u201d, su costa y su magnifico parque, integr\u00e1ndolo funcional y paisajisticamente. Para ello, se incorpor\u00f3 la parcela vecina donde exist\u00eda un estacionamiento que fue concentrado sobre dos niveles y desplazado hacia la ruta permitiendo la implantaci\u00f3n del nuevo edificio y la prolongaci\u00f3n del parque.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"446\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nestle-WellNes-Centre-5.jpg\" alt=\"Nestl\u00e9 WellNes Centre\" class=\"wp-image-74863\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nestle-WellNes-Centre-5.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nestle-WellNes-Centre-5-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nestl\u00e9 WellNes Centre planteaba el desaf\u00edo de incorporar al conjunto un nuevo edificio no previsto hasta el momento, Sin alterar su valor hist\u00f3rico y sus calidades arquitect\u00f3nicas y paisaj\u00edsticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"793\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nestle-WellNes-Centre-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-74864\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nestle-WellNes-Centre-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nestle-WellNes-Centre-2-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La forma cil\u00edndrica del edificio establece una fuerte relaci\u00f3n con la concavidad de la fachada este del edificio de Tschumi. Sin alterarlo ni competir con \u00e9l. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"446\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nestle-WellNes-Centre.jpg\" alt=\"Nestl\u00e9 WellNes Centre\" class=\"wp-image-74865\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nestle-WellNes-Centre.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nestle-WellNes-Centre-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La planta circular permiti\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n optimizar el flujo de circulaciones de la gran sala preparada para servir 1200 almuerzos por d\u00eda. Como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n la distribuci\u00f3n de los distintos sectores de mesas hacia las vistas alrededor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cuanto a su lenguaje, Nestl\u00e9 WellNes Centre deb\u00eda nacer en armon\u00eda con lo existente pero asumiendo su propia identidad.
