De forma que cada unidad tiene un car\u00e1cter y personalidad propia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Constructivamente, se destaca el uso generalizado de piedra y cer\u00e1mica. En las plantas bajas, en la mayor\u00eda de las mas\u00edas, aparece una b\u00f3veda de ca\u00f1\u00f3n (como el caso que nos ocupa) para evitar que las vigas de madera se da\u00f1en con la humedad de las cuadras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"793\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Masia-Can-Freixes-4.jpg\" alt=\"Mas\u00eda Can Freixes\" class=\"wp-image-76028\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Masia-Can-Freixes-4.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Masia-Can-Freixes-4-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mas\u00eda Can Freixes se ubica en el coraz\u00f3n de la comarca del Baix Empord\u00e0. Hab\u00eda sufrido una ampliaci\u00f3n en los a\u00f1os 80 muy alejada de la tradici\u00f3n, desvirtuando su imagen.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"793\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Masia-Can-Freixes-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-76030\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Masia-Can-Freixes-3.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Masia-Can-Freixes-3-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El punto de partida fue recuperar la esencia de la mas\u00eda, conservando y potenciando los pocos elementos originales (situados principalmente en la planta baja). A la vez que mejorando, en la medida de lo posible, la imagen del conjunto en la zona ampliada, m\u00e1s representativa de la tipolog\u00eda en la que estamos trabajando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para ello se baj\u00f3 el nivel de la planta baja y se abri\u00f3 al terreno posterior. Se complet\u00f3 la b\u00f3veda de ca\u00f1\u00f3n y se enlucieron los techos abovedados, tras romper los senos de las bovedillas cer\u00e1micas que forman los forjados. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A su vez, se minimiz\u00f3 el impacto de la presencia de piedra de color gris\u00e1ceo, que no es propia de la zona.
