El terreno queda en la parte alta de una monta\u00f1a, justo en la l\u00ednea entre los estados S\u00e3o Paulo e Minas Gerais, con vista amplia hacia el valle alrededor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"435\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Chalet-SBS-11.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-76935\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Chalet-SBS-11.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Chalet-SBS-11-300x165.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La construcci\u00f3n se concebi\u00f3 como dos vol\u00famenes de iguales dimensiones que soportan la cubierta \u00fanica y son cruzados,  unidos, por una terraza que se extiende hacia la pendiente del terreno, como un mirador hacia el horizonte. Uno de los vol\u00famenes abriga el sal\u00f3n y la cocina. Adem\u00e1s de un \u00e1rea t\u00e9cnica, que se adentra por el piso detr\u00e1s de la construcci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Chalet-SBS-2.jpg\" alt=\"Chalet SBS\" class=\"wp-image-76936\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Chalet-SBS-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Chalet-SBS-2-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El otro volumen abriga una habitaci\u00f3n y el ba\u00f1o de dos puertas al que se accede tanto desde el dormitorio como desde la terraza. Con estructura met\u00e1lica ligera, muros hechos con paneles y cubierta con tejas met\u00e1licas t\u00e9rmico-ac\u00fasticas. <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"793\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Chalet-SBS-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-76939\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Chalet-SBS-3.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Chalet-SBS-3-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El embasamiento, taladros en hormig\u00f3n armado, brotan y sostienen dos jaulas en estructura met\u00e1lica superiores al piso, con conexiones pegadas in loco. Perfiles en acero soportados por las dos jaulas estructuran el plan de la cubierta, en donde se apoyan las tejas met\u00e1licas con n\u00facleo en EPS, sobre las cu\u00e1les son fijados los tableros del revestido bajo la cubierta exterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"634\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Chalet-SBS-6.jpg\" alt=\"Chalet SBS\" class=\"wp-image-76940\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Chalet-SBS-6.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Chalet-SBS-6-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con la excepci\u00f3n de las vigas del piso y de la terraza-mirador, la estructura de Chalet SBS es invisible, por priorizarse la continuidad de los planes de cada material, con sus distintas colores y texturas. Lo que result\u00f3 en una lectura simplificada de la construcci\u00f3n que consolida la idea arquitect\u00f3nica.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Chalet-SBS-8.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-76941\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Chalet-SBS-8.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Chalet-SBS-8-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los muros son hechos en paneles atornillados sobre perfiles en acero galvanizado. Por fuera los paneles en cemento son fijados sobre una membrana hidr\u00f3fuga, el n\u00facleo contiene una capa de aislamiento t\u00e9rmico en lana y el recubrimiento interno es en l\u00e1mina de madera Paric\u00e1 18mm.
