El sitio, situado a orillas del r\u00edo Para\u00edba do Sul, tiene 20.845 m\u00b2, de los cuales 15.000 m\u00b2 est\u00e1n reservados como zona de preservaci\u00f3n permanente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"991\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Guararema-6.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-78408\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Guararema-6.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Guararema-6-240x300.jpg 240w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El edificio tiene 60 m\u00b2 y est\u00e1 implantado en la parte m\u00e1s alta del terreno. Las aberturas principales est\u00e1n orientadas hacia el este y el oeste, lo que permite ver el bosque aut\u00f3ctono y la vegetaci\u00f3n de la ribera, as\u00ed como el amanecer y el atardecer, respectivamente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"634\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Guararema-7.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Guararema\" class=\"wp-image-78409\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Guararema-7.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Guararema-7-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El espacio central alberga el sal\u00f3n y la cocina y se integra con la zona exterior, convirti\u00e9ndose en un \u00fanico espacio, una gran terraza. Los bloques cerrados, con aperturas m\u00e1s moderadas, albergan los dormitorios, el ba\u00f1o, la lavander\u00eda y las zonas de almacenamiento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"991\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Guararema-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-78410\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Guararema-4.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Guararema-4-240x300.jpg 240w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El edificio reproduce una tipolog\u00eda de vivienda rural llamada&nbsp;<em>culata yovai<\/em>&nbsp;[1], que es \u00ab[&#8230;] una construcci\u00f3n con dos bloques cerrados opuestos, con un espacio cubierto y vac\u00edo entre ellos. Los espacios cerrados pueden albergar tanto los dormitorios como una sala de estar, una sala de almacenaje o, en configuraciones m\u00e1s recientes, la cocina. <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El espacio central tiene un uso variado y flexible, tanto para el trabajo como para la vida. Siendo un lugar de encuentro y de paso, constituyendo una transici\u00f3n entre una \u00abhabitaci\u00f3n\u00bb y otra, o entre un lado y otro de las zonas exteriores\u00bb (BAROSSI, 2005, v. 2, p. 4).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"991\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Guararema-8.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Guararema\" class=\"wp-image-78411\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Guararema-8.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Guararema-8-240x300.jpg 240w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El contexto y la escala del edificio favorecieron el uso del sistema de construcci\u00f3n con tierra apisonada para todos los muros. Estos muros son gruesos, pesados, macizos, fabricados gradualmente y tienen una textura suave que deja ver cada capa colocada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"634\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Guararema-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-78412\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Guararema-3.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Guararema-3-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La t\u00e9cnica es bastante antigua, pero se ejecut\u00f3 con un m\u00e9todo m\u00e1s moderno. Para hacerla m\u00e1s duradera, se utiliz\u00f3 una t\u00e9cnica conocida como tierra apisonada estabilizada (<em>Stabilized Rammed Earth<\/em>&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;<em>SRE<\/em>). En la que se a\u00f1ade cemento a la mezcla original del suelo para compensar los posibles da\u00f1os causados por el contacto con el agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"991\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Guararema-2.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Guararema\" class=\"wp-image-78413\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Guararema-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Guararema-2-240x300.jpg 240w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las tejas y las vigas met\u00e1licas se apoyan en la construcci\u00f3n y sus alerones protegen la mamposter\u00eda exterior del contacto directo con la lluvia.
