Es una propiedad lujosa, pero compacta e hiperfuncional, definida por la exploraci\u00f3n de los contrastes. Pero a \u00faltima hora, se cambi\u00f3 de marcha y se adapt\u00f3 una soluci\u00f3n de dise\u00f1o totalmente resuelta a las necesidades de s\u00f3lo dos. Adem\u00e1s de establecer un dramatismo espacial en lo que de otro modo habr\u00edan sido habitaciones utilitarias en el piso superior.
