La composici\u00f3n de los vol\u00famenes se dise\u00f1\u00f3 para que la mirada de los residentes convergiera hacia el interior del terreno, con el bosque preservado como tel\u00f3n de fondo, que se convierte en el gran protagonista del proyecto. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"906\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FBV-WP-14.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-82062\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FBV-WP-14.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FBV-WP-14-263x300.jpg 263w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Privilegiando el sol, el bosque, la piscina y la convivencia entre amigos, se lleg\u00f3 al edificio en forma de L, orientado al atardecer y con el centro del sitio como punto de uni\u00f3n de miradas y convivencia. El primero, por el que se entra al edificio, se parece a una caja de madera compuesta de muxarabis. A la derecha est\u00e1n los dormitorios, al frente se llega a la zona de la piscina y a la izquierda se accede al volumen social. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"857\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FBV-WP-11.jpg\" alt=\"Casa FBV WP\" class=\"wp-image-82065\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FBV-WP-11.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FBV-WP-11-278x300.jpg 278w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"957\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FBV-WP-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-82067\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FBV-WP-3.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FBV-WP-3-249x300.jpg 249w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En este volumen se sit\u00faa la zona de servicios, con acceso tanto por la zona social como por el pasillo exterior. En el ap\u00e9ndice que delimita el edificio se dise\u00f1\u00f3 el equipamiento de uso espor\u00e1dico: sala de juegos, sauna y spa, que dan a la cancha de tenis y, m\u00e1s adelante, al bosque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"910\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FBV-WP-5.jpg\" alt=\"Casa FBV WP\" class=\"wp-image-82069\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FBV-WP-5.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FBV-WP-5-261x300.jpg 261w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La terraza puede integrarse totalmente en la zona de estar. Cuando est\u00e1 abierta, los marcos se agrupan en la pared que divide el comedor y la cocina, permitiendo la apertura de todo el espacio. Se promovi\u00f3 la convivencia en varios puntos de la residencia, con una intencionada integraci\u00f3n visual entre todos los ambientes destinados al uso social, aunque en algunos momentos no sea tan estrecha.<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Casa FBV WP est\u00e1 impregnada de jardines que traen el cielo azul al interior. Entre ellos, el pasillo que conduce a la zona \u00edntima, que prolonga un \u00faltimo aliento antes del momento del descanso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FBV-WP-4.jpg\" alt=\"Casa FBV WP\" class=\"wp-image-82066\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FBV-WP-4.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FBV-WP-4-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"957\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FBV-WP-6.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-82068\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FBV-WP-6.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FBV-WP-6-249x300.jpg 249w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todos los dormitorios tienen acceso a trav\u00e9s de este pasillo-jard\u00edn, lo que acent\u00faa la iluminaci\u00f3n natural y la ventilaci\u00f3n cruzada. Se intent\u00f3 conducir al espectador a trav\u00e9s de las escenas, con aperturas intencionadas creadas para los diferentes momentos del d\u00eda.
