A trav\u00e9s de una gran terraza que se conect\u00f3 a la sala por una larga escalinata donde se inici\u00f3 el paisajismo en cachepos aplicado a los escalones y desarrollado enmarcando la vista de Marginal Pinheiros y se mimetiza con el verde del Parque do Povo.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cuanto a la materialidad, el pavimento de basalto se aplic\u00f3 en el sal\u00f3n y en toda la terraza exterior por la versatilidad de usos. Y los techos de madera se dise\u00f1aron para tener la movilidad que requieren eventos de diferentes caracter\u00edsticas y equilibrar la piedra fr\u00eda del suelo y la cortina vidriada de las paredes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-JK-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-82264\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-JK-4.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-JK-4-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para el mobiliario, varias piezas de dise\u00f1o brasile\u00f1o, j\u00f3venes dise\u00f1adores mezclados con dise\u00f1adores consagrados.
