Algo aut\u00e9ntico y diferente a los paneles de madera en todo el Departamento BGP. Para cumplir con estas expectativas, se crearon superficies transl\u00facidas y r\u00edtmicas de madera y vidrio, combinadas con planos de paredes blancas, sin perder calidez y personalidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP-4.jpg\" alt=\"Departamento BGP\" class=\"wp-image-84907\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP-4.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP-4-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proyecto naci\u00f3 de la inquietud por reorganizar el espacio y resaltar su potencial. En l\u00ednea con el deseo de crear un ambiente ligero y permeable. La luz, los contrastes inusuales y las mezclas de materiales refuerzan la intenci\u00f3n de transformar S\u00e3o Paulo en un hogar para los clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP-3.jpg\" alt=\"Departamento BGP\" class=\"wp-image-84908\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP-3.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP-3-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Departamento BGP era oscuro, estaba revestido de pesados \u200b\u200bpaneles y su distribuci\u00f3n no destacaba la vista. La principal alteraci\u00f3n en la planta baja fue la reconfiguraci\u00f3n de la escalera y la entrada social. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP-2.jpg\" alt=\"Departamento BGP\" class=\"wp-image-84909\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP-2-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La puerta de acceso al sal\u00f3n social limitaba la distribuci\u00f3n y abr\u00eda la parte social de forma no deseada. Su inversi\u00f3n permiti\u00f3 un respiro que acoge suavemente a los residentes y organiza flujos y funciones, albergando el guardarropa y el aseo.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La escalera existente tuvo un cambio de formato para reorganizar el ambiente. Anteriormente seccionado en 2 tramos, ocupaba un espacio mayor y dificultaba el acceso a la planta superior y al aseo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP.jpg\" alt=\"Departamento BGP\" class=\"wp-image-84910\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otro gran cambio fue el derribo de la losa de cubierta del actual espacio gourmet para dar paso a una estructura ligera y fluida de madera y vidrio. Luz y sombra impregnan el dise\u00f1o de la p\u00e9rgola, lo que contribuye a la luminosidad de la estancia principal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP-14.jpg\" alt=\"Departamento BGP\" class=\"wp-image-84911\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP-14.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP-14-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todav\u00eda en este piso, el \u00e1rea externa del apartamento tambi\u00e9n fue completamente modificada. Se cubrieron dos ventanas existentes para permitir el despliegue de un jard\u00edn vertical. Que al cubrir todas las paredes crea un plan \u00fanico que abraza el entorno y brinda la sensaci\u00f3n de un refugio urbano al apartamento. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP-9.jpg\" alt=\"Departamento BGP\" class=\"wp-image-84912\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP-9.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP-9-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La reformulaci\u00f3n de este espacio podr\u00eda albergar. Adem\u00e1s de la piscina, un nuevo sal\u00f3n y una sauna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP-13.jpg\" alt=\"Departamento BGP\" class=\"wp-image-84913\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP-13.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP-13-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El volumen de la sauna delimita el espacio de la piscina a trav\u00e9s de un bloque de madera que se prolonga hasta el sof\u00e1. La piscina y los escalones de acceso se superponen a esta cubierta en vol\u00famenes monol\u00edticos de piedra.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la planta superior, con el fin de redistribuir los espacios internos, se integr\u00f3 el balc\u00f3n existente, el cual resultaba desproporcionado en tama\u00f1o a los dem\u00e1s ambientes. Esta soluci\u00f3n permiti\u00f3 ampliar el closet, las suites y la oficina. Y permiti\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de una jardinera y el realce de la vista privilegiada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP-7.jpg\" alt=\"Departamento BGP\" class=\"wp-image-84914\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP-7.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP-7-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La elecci\u00f3n de los materiales de revestimiento se bas\u00f3 en contrastar suavemente las paredes blancas con elementos naturales. Como la madera, el hormig\u00f3n y la paja, que aluden a la esencia carioca. Esta alusi\u00f3n aparece en la minuciosa elecci\u00f3n de colores y texturas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP-12.jpg\" alt=\"Departamento BGP\" class=\"wp-image-84915\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP-12.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP-12-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El uso de lamas de granito de hormig\u00f3n color arena en el \u00e1rea externa con una disposici\u00f3n cuidadosamente alineada con el piso interno, promueve una continuidad visual entre los espacios. Los colores se insertan puntualmente, dirigiendo la atenci\u00f3n del espectador y relajando el ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP-8.jpg\" alt=\"Departamento BGP\" class=\"wp-image-84916\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP-8.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-BGP-8-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la cocina, la elecci\u00f3n del azulejo verde para revestir el suelo y la mitad de la pared dialoga con las carpinter\u00edas lacadas en un tono similar. En cuanto al mobiliario, se jug\u00f3 con los contrastes entre diferentes texturas y colores.
