Cuenta con una planta abierta en el primer nivel dedicada al uso comercial y de restaurantes. La funcionalidad gira en torno a un atrio central que proporciona iluminaci\u00f3n natural a todo el edificio. Lo estricto de su geometr\u00eda mezclada con el movimiento constante aplicado a trav\u00e9s de elementos (parteluces).
