La respuesta del dise\u00f1o examina la arquitectura y el dise\u00f1o a lo largo de la historia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"991\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-St-Vincents-Place-2.jpg\" alt=\"Casa St Vincents Place, B.E Architecture, Gavin Green\" class=\"wp-image-87813\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-St-Vincents-Place-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-St-Vincents-Place-2-240x300.jpg 240w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recrea elementos originales que ampl\u00edan las cualidades de fondo, inspir\u00e1ndose en los que han demostrado superar la prueba del tiempo. Aunque la mayor parte del proyecto es un edificio nuevo, no se reconoce inmediatamente como tal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"634\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-St-Vincents-Place-1.jpg\" alt=\"Casa St Vincents Place, B.E Architecture, Gavin Green\" class=\"wp-image-87817\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-St-Vincents-Place-1.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-St-Vincents-Place-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>En la parte delantera del edificio original se reinterpretaron detalles t\u00edpicos de la arquitectura antigua. Estos detalles incluyen cornisas curvadas, puertas arqueadas y ventanas de acero a medida. Ninguno de los cuales es t\u00edpico en las metodolog\u00edas de construcci\u00f3n modernas, pero se sienten a gusto dentro de la fachada victoriana. Los detalles son una aut\u00e9ntica demostraci\u00f3n de un excepcional nivel de artesan\u00eda.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"991\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-St-Vincents-Place-6.jpg\" alt=\"Casa St Vincents Place, B.E Architecture, Gavin Green\" class=\"wp-image-87820\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-St-Vincents-Place-6.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-St-Vincents-Place-6-240x300.jpg 240w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incluso los detalles m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os, como las uniones de cola de milano hechas a mano del z\u00f3calo de madera con la fijaci\u00f3n de madera, merecen un momento de reflexi\u00f3n. La contrapartida moderna en la ampliaci\u00f3n trasera utiliza hormig\u00f3n in situ, suelos de piedra tipo terrazo, techos de madera pintada y paredes de piedra azul para crear un punto de diferencia respecto a la fachada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"1000\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-St-Vincents-Place-5.jpg\" alt=\"Casa St Vincents Place, B.E Architecture, Gavin Green\" class=\"wp-image-87814\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-St-Vincents-Place-5.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-St-Vincents-Place-5-240x300.jpg 240w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En lugar de un fuerte minimalismo, los detalles cl\u00e1sicos se cambian por ricas texturas que contin\u00faan el car\u00e1cter labrado a mano de toda Casa St Vincents Place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"991\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-St-Vincents-Place-4.jpg\" alt=\"Casa St Vincents Place, B.E Architecture, Gavin Green\" class=\"wp-image-87815\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-St-Vincents-Place-4.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-St-Vincents-Place-4-240x300.jpg 240w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La importante colecci\u00f3n de arte comisariada por el arquitecto explora temas de filosof\u00eda, literatura, religi\u00f3n e incluso ciencia. Que abren el camino al discurso intelectual. Estas oberturas est\u00e1n escritas en las paredes en forma de una instalaci\u00f3n lum\u00ednica de tres pisos \u00abEl cielo es un lugar donde nunca pasa nada\u00bb, del artista Nathan Coley. Las piezas individuales contribuyen al di\u00e1logo del espacio. Cada una con su propia historia interesante sobre su procedencia o su fabricaci\u00f3n. Muchas de las piezas son encargos a medida dise\u00f1ados por B.E. Architecture y encargados expresamente para este proyecto.
