Al mismo tiempo que respetaba la esencia de la arquitectura rural. Por exigencias de normativa, s\u00f3lo era posible reformar la vivienda existente sin ampliar su superficie. Se gana as\u00ed un nuevo espacio luminoso de mayor altura para el interior de la casa, donde se sit\u00faa el sal\u00f3n, el comedor y la cocina. Una forma de reorganizar el espacio y despejar las vistas desde la mesa del comedor o la cocina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Reforma-para-Alejandro-e-Inma-3.jpg\" alt=\"Reforma para Alejandro e Inma, Pablo Mu\u00f1oz Pay\u00e1 Arquitectos, David Zarzoso\" class=\"wp-image-87856\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Reforma-para-Alejandro-e-Inma-3.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Reforma-para-Alejandro-e-Inma-3-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>En el techo, la nueva cubierta permite prolongar el viejo falso techo con un nuevo panelado fonoabsorbente de madera, que crece exponencialmente hasta la cumbre de la cubierta. Se hace con un facetado triangular que geometriza esta nueva apertura. De esta manera, no s\u00f3lo se duplica la entrada de luz natural, sino que se da una imagen moderna y sofisticada. <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La madera de roble natural le da toda la calidez a la rehabilitaci\u00f3n, combinada con el brillo dorado de la luz del Mediterr\u00e1neo. Con el mismo roble, se construye la cocina. El recorrido hacia ella se acompa\u00f1a con unas elegantes plataformas que se elevan hasta una cortina de agua. Estas peque\u00f1as edificaciones se articulan por el nuevo porche.
