La premisa del dise\u00f1o firmado por F.studio fue rescatar los materiales existentes y crear nuevos espacios para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-VB-2.jpg\" alt=\"Departamento VB, F.studio arquitetura + design, Andr\u00e9 Nazareth\" class=\"wp-image-91848\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-VB-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-VB-2-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por esta raz\u00f3n, una habitaci\u00f3n se convirti\u00f3 en un armario y un nuevo ba\u00f1o, y se utiliz\u00f3 una peque\u00f1a despensa para expandir el \u00e1rea de lavado. Para ocultar la lavander\u00eda, el ba\u00f1o y el pasillo, se utiliz\u00f3 un gran panel en hoja natural de freij\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-VB-6.jpg\" alt=\"Departamento VB, F.studio arquitetura + design, Andr\u00e9 Nazareth\" class=\"wp-image-91850\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-VB-6.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-VB-6-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La premisa principal del espacio de estar de Departamento VB fue el mostrador de azulejos negros, que posibilit\u00f3 la ampliaci\u00f3n e integraci\u00f3n de la cocina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-VB-5.jpg\" alt=\"Departamento VB, F.studio arquitetura + design, Andr\u00e9 Nazareth\" class=\"wp-image-91854\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-VB-5.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Departamento-VB-5-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La simplicidad de los acabados de la pared y las estructuras de hormig\u00f3n expuestas sirvieron de fondo para enfatizar los muebles, l\u00e1mparas y objetos vintage.
