En Casa FC, este esp\u00edritu se manifiesta especialmente en el living, que domina casi por completo la planta baja. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este espacio se abre al exterior no solo por el fondo, sino tambi\u00e9n por sus laterales, diluyendo los l\u00edmites entre interior y exterior. As\u00ed, la zona social de la vivienda se convierte en un entorno fluido y sin barreras, que invita a la conexi\u00f3n y la convivencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FC-8.jpg\" alt=\"Casa FC, Vit\u00f3rio Ecker Arquitetura, Ricardo Ourique\" class=\"wp-image-92859\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FC-8.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FC-8-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s de la fluidez de la planta del hogar, la materialidad tambi\u00e9n confiere aire Praiano. El hormig\u00f3n aparente junto con ladrillos macizos y madera, presenta naturalidad y durabilidad, demandando poco mantenimiento y confiriendo estilo r\u00fastico despojado que una casa de playa debe tener.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"991\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FC-7.jpg\" alt=\"Casa FC, Vit\u00f3rio Ecker Arquitetura, Ricardo Ourique\" class=\"wp-image-92860\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FC-7.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FC-7-240x300.jpg 240w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por tener vanos grandes sin pilares y grandes balances en concreto aparente, la estructura tuvo que ser reforzada para evitar cualquier tipo de deformaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FC-4.jpg\" alt=\"Casa FC, Vit\u00f3rio Ecker Arquitetura, Ricardo Ourique\" class=\"wp-image-92861\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FC-4.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FC-4-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La escalera sigue la misma l\u00ednea, inicialmente hab\u00eda partido circular y escalones en balance, pero se defini\u00f3 junto con el dise\u00f1o de interiores en construirla en forma recta y materialidad de hormig\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Siguiendo las l\u00edneas exteriores de la casa y proporcionando mayor seguridad, evitando peque\u00f1as vibraciones desagradables y posibles deformaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FC-5.jpg\" alt=\"Casa FC, Vit\u00f3rio Ecker Arquitetura, Ricardo Ourique\" class=\"wp-image-92862\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FC-5.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FC-5-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La piscina tiene forma rectangular y borde elevado. Y a causa del formato de los bordes, cuando est\u00e1 en funcionamiento parece ser un cubo de agua elevado, algo entero, marcando bien su volumen. Y junto con su dise\u00f1o rectangular y alineado con la propiedad, divide proporcionalmente el espacio social externo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FC-6.jpg\" alt=\"Casa FC, Vit\u00f3rio Ecker Arquitetura, Ricardo Ourique\" class=\"wp-image-92863\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FC-6.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FC-6-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los arrecifes de madera, que cubren las escuadras externas tienen una funci\u00f3n est\u00e9tica de dar unidad al volumen de las aberturas. Y al mismo tiempo, funci\u00f3n de dar privacidad y confort t\u00e9rmico a los habitantes de Casa FC. La madera utilizada tiene durabilidad y resistencia necesaria para soportar las inclemencias del tiempo, ya que la propiedad se encuentra a pocos metros del mar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FC-2.jpg\" alt=\"Casa FC, Vit\u00f3rio Ecker Arquitetura, Ricardo Ourique\" class=\"wp-image-92864\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FC-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-FC-2-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El propietario pas\u00f3 plan de necesidades con algunas prioridades, pero dej\u00f3 bien libre para el arquitecto trabajar las formas, vol\u00famenes, materialidad y concepto.
