Est\u00e1 en el puesto 25 en la lista de los 50 mejores restaurantes del mundo. Su jefe de cocina y propietario, Vladimir Mukhin, es considerado el noveno mejor chef por los Best Chef Awards. <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vladimir Mukhin no es ajeno a la buena mesa y al buen paladar. Comenz\u00f3 su viaje como chef a la edad de 12 a\u00f1os trabajando junto a su padre. Frustrado por la falta de reconocimiento y homenaje a la cocina tradicional rusa, busc\u00f3 su camino. Desde entonces ha sido un destino popular para turistas y lugare\u00f1os.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El piso superior del Pasaje Smolenskaya ubicado a lo largo del Anillo de los Jardines de Mosc\u00fa est\u00e1 reservado por completo para el restaurante. Se ven varias pinturas y figuras de conejos blancos de diversos tama\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, la iluminaci\u00f3n p\u00farpura y azul juvenil y los m\u00faltiples candelabros de vidrio, contribuyen al tema de una manera elegante. Las ventanas panor\u00e1micas dentro de una elegante c\u00fapula de vidrio ofrecen impresionantes vistas de Mosc\u00fa.
