Sobre el estacionamiento subterr\u00e1neo de tres pisos, las oficinas ocupan los siete pisos inferiores, mientras que los departamentos se encuentran a partir del octavo piso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"595\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/MVRDV-Valley-22-\u00a9-Ossip-van-Duivenbode-08.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-93591\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/MVRDV-Valley-22-\u00a9-Ossip-van-Duivenbode-08.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/MVRDV-Valley-22-\u00a9-Ossip-van-Duivenbode-08-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gran parte del edificio est\u00e1 abierto al p\u00fablico: desde el camino peatonal de acceso p\u00fablico que zigzaguea hasta el valle central desde el nivel de la calle, hasta la Gruta, un atrio que forma una calle cubierta en el primer piso donde pronto abrir\u00e1 el Sapiens Lab, un vivero para j\u00f3venes cient\u00edficos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La gruta est\u00e1 conectada con el exterior por dos grandes lucernarios que tambi\u00e9n funcionan como piscinas de agua poco profundas en el nivel del valle, y su suelo, paredes y techos de piedra natural, la misma piedra utilizada en las superficies del valle y las torres, dejan claro que todas las \u00e1reas p\u00fablicas del edificio son parte de la misma formaci\u00f3n aparentemente geol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"793\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/MVRDV-Valley-22-\u00a9-Ossip-van-Duivenbode-05.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-93587\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/MVRDV-Valley-22-\u00a9-Ossip-van-Duivenbode-05.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/MVRDV-Valley-22-\u00a9-Ossip-van-Duivenbode-05-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El dise\u00f1o y la construcci\u00f3n de Valley son completamente personalizados.
