Una firma global de arquitectura y dise\u00f1o industrial fundada por Fernando Romero. A la vez que garantizaba la comodidad, la seguridad y el bienestar de los empleados. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teniendo en cuenta el confort t\u00e9rmico, lum\u00ednico y ac\u00fastico, el edificio da la bienvenida a la iluminaci\u00f3n natural en todas partes, lo que ilustra el compromiso de Kering con un entorno de trabajo m\u00e1s saludable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas-Kering-5.jpg\" alt=\"Oficinas Kering, Fernando Romero Enterprise, Camila Cossio\" class=\"wp-image-97816\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas-Kering-5.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas-Kering-5-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El edificio alberga dos niveles y est\u00e1 anclado por una escultural escalera helicoidal, que sirve como elemento focal que se puede ver desde cualquier lugar de la oficina. <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Las particiones interiores de las oficinas est\u00e1n construidas con vidrio transparente y curvado en sus esquinas, lo que crea un contraste din\u00e1mico y audaz con el interior neutro. <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas-Kering-4.jpg\" alt=\"Oficinas Kering, Fernando Romero Enterprise, Camila Cossio\" class=\"wp-image-97817\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas-Kering-4.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas-Kering-4-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los materiales elegidos para la oficina incluyen madera, hormig\u00f3n y vidrio. Y la paleta de colores se basa en un enfoque suave y natural: negro, blanco, gris y beige.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> El estilo minimalista y monocrom\u00e1tico de la oficina da la bienvenida a empleados y visitantes a un espacio din\u00e1mico y abierto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El concepto fue dise\u00f1ado de la mano del Director de Kering Americas Laurent Claquin. Cuya visi\u00f3n minimalista y sobria de los materiales puros fue siempre el foco del dise\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> El equipo de Kering buscaba tener un espacio donde sus empleados pudieran trabajar a gusto. Con mucha luz, pero tambi\u00e9n ofreciendo momentos de privacidad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El objetivo principal era lograr el m\u00e1ximo confort para el personal que trabaja en las oficinas teniendo en cuenta el confort t\u00e9rmico, lum\u00ednico y ac\u00fastico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas-Kering-6.jpg\" alt=\"Oficinas Kering, Fernando Romero Enterprise, Camila Cossio\" class=\"wp-image-97819\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas-Kering-6.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas-Kering-6-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abNuestro objetivo fue crear un sitio que capture la esencia del lujo y la exclusividad que caracterizan las marcas de Kering. Y lo hicimos desarrollando una propuesta arquitect\u00f3nica atemporal, elegante y sostenible\u00bb. Piedra &#8216;Recinto&#8217;, que es una piedra volc\u00e1nica procedente de un \u00e1rea cercana a la\u00a0Ciudad de M\u00e9xico. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acabado &#8216;Chukum&#8217; en las paredes. El &#8216;chukum&#8217; proviene de la corteza de un \u00e1rbol que se puede encontrar en Yucat\u00e1n, y esta t\u00e9cnica se origin\u00f3 en la cultura maya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas-Kering-11.jpg\" alt=\"Oficinas Kering, Fernando Romero Enterprise, Camila Cossio\" class=\"wp-image-97821\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas-Kering-11.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas-Kering-11-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Adem\u00e1s, la mayor parte de la decoraci\u00f3n, como los muebles, fueron creados por artesanos y dise\u00f1adores mexicanos como Mola, Fraga, La Metropolitana, Veta, entre otros.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas-Kering-8.jpg\" alt=\"Oficinas Kering, Fernando Romero Enterprise, Camila Cossio\" class=\"wp-image-97822\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas-Kering-8.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas-Kering-8-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con la sostenibilidad en el coraz\u00f3n de la misi\u00f3n, Oficinas Kering se dise\u00f1aron para una certificaci\u00f3n LEED (Liderazgo en Energ\u00eda y Dise\u00f1o Ambiental) Gold, un programa de certificaci\u00f3n de construcci\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica utilizado en todo el mundo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recirculaci\u00f3n de aire, acabados, adhesivos y selladores, aislamiento ac\u00fastico interior, sistemas de ventilaci\u00f3n, vistas al exterior y c\u00f3digos de iluminaci\u00f3n son algunos de los aspectos que se consideraron en el proyecto para poder obtener la certificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el \u00edndice Corporate Knights Global 100 de este a\u00f1o, Kering ocup\u00f3 el primer lugar en la categor\u00eda Venta minorista de ropa y accesorios por su desempe\u00f1o en sostenibilidad durante 2020 y fue el \u00fanico grupo de lujo en la clasificaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Grupo tambi\u00e9n se ubic\u00f3 en el s\u00e9ptimo lugar entre las 100 empresas l\u00edderes en todas las industrias. Este logro fue seguido por el lanzamiento del \u00cdndice de Sostenibilidad de BoF, que coloc\u00f3 a Kering en primer lugar y nombr\u00f3 al Grupo como la Compa\u00f1\u00eda de Moda M\u00e1s Sostenible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas-Kering-9.jpg\" alt=\"Oficinas Kering, Fernando Romero Enterprise, Camila Cossio\" class=\"wp-image-97823\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas-Kering-9.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Oficinas-Kering-9-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El producto final es un proyecto muy elegante, sobrio y sofisticado.
